Taking down existing defective electric geysers of any make and any capacity (25/50 Ltr) vertical OR horizontal from its location servicing, by opening of pipe and disconnecting all electrical connection, cleaning of tank after opening of its assembly at site, cleaning of assembly pipe to avoid its choke up, checking of defective parts, necessary repair and replacement of defective parts to make the equipment functional to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge and refixing geyser in its position including all electrical and pipe connection to geysers, testing and commissioning complete (For replacement of defective parts, supply only of parts as included under relevant item as below as required at site shall be measured and paid separately under item below complete all as specified and directed.. Note :- (i) The contractor will receive geyser complaints daily from MES service cell and complete the user complaints as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (ii) Complaints will be completed day to day, within 24hours failing which recovery shall be made from contractor @ Rs. 400.00 per complaint per day from reciept of complaint to actual date of completion of complaint .

Heating element threaded/ screwed/ triangular or cup style type 2000 Watt ISI marked of suitable make without taking down Geyser, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Thermostat suitable for 25 or 50 litre capacity of geyser, range 20 to 80 degree ISI marked, without taking down geyser, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.
