Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer dry clean Ganga river of sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be measured.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 with flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and dirceted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal holes for insertion/laying of up to 110 mm bore HDPE pipe of any description below under existing road surface/floor etc with using mechanical or manual device as required at site including making good the disturbed surface to match within the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes : (a) Pipes shall be laid minimum 60 cm below/under existing road surfaces/apron/floor etc. (b) Equipment, tools and plant material (Horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by Contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia of bore with all fitting laid in trenches across the road or fixed with pole/ surface of wall etc at site with required fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying jointing and testing under ground XLPE cable PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 120 Sqmm, 3 core confirming to IS-7098 laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation , earthwork, and sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe & protection clamps shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Pre-dispatch inspection shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer. (iii) Colour code of outer sheath of cable shall be got approved from AGE before placement of order. (iv) Manual excavation has be carried out at the places of services such as nearby existing HT/LT cables, OFC/Telecom cables, water pipe line, area drainages and contractor shall be responsible for rectification of damages immediately on priority to the damages of services occured during execation of the cable/earth work. (v) High voltage test to be carried out after laying & jointing of cables. All arrangement for the same shall be provided by the contractor & shall be considered within the quoted rates.

Supply, fixing, connecting, jointing, thimbling to end of cable, testing etc of cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for out door end termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core x 120 to 185 Sqmm XLPE armoured alumunium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting, jointing, thimbling to end of cable, testing etc of cable jointing kit for 11KV (earthed) grade cable for out door straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core x 95 to 185 Sqmm XLPE armoured alumunium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps having short circuit capacity 20 KA/3-sec,outdoor (IP-54), RMU (Ring main unit) 4-way comprising of 02 Nos motorized operated Load break Switch and 02 Nos 630 Amp Fixed-Type motorized spring-charging VCB electrolytic grade copper busbars all inside single, gas-filled, robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank with min. thickness 3 + 0.5 mm, IP 67 Degree of Protection, internal-arc classified 20KA/1 sec, on-site-repairable with site replacable bushing/coupling/mechanism,gas refilling etc. The enclosure shall have padlockable double-door access with anti-theft hinges, fully covering the front facia and cable boxes to ensure fail-safe anti-theft protection. The unit alongwith Bus-connected, fixed-type Auxiliary transformer shall include the following along with all necessary accessories and fittings as required at site.

(C) Bus connected, fixed type potential and Auxiliary transformer with floor mounted compartment of matching height and depth, positioned alongside RMU to provide required aux. supply for spring charging motor and metering consisting of following accessories :- (i) 1-Ph 11 KV/110V, class 0.5 potential transformer - 03 Nos for metering. (ii) 1-Ph (11 KV/rt3), 230 VAC, 250/500 VA Auxiliary transformer - 01 No for battery charging. (D) Additional equipment delivered separately or mounted seperately :- (i) Operationing Handle for manual Isolator/Disconnector/Earthing Operation - 02 Nos (ii) Standard Manometer - 01 No (iii) Operation and maintenance manual - 01 No (iv) Installation and commissioning manual - 01 No (v) Cable clamping provision (standard) - 01 No (vi) RMU Foundation as per OEM Recommendation (Earth work and PCC works) for placing RMU on plinth is deemed to be included in the cost quoted. Height of plinth should not be less than 0.60 mtrs from ground level.

Item no 11 contd….. Note :- (i) It is preferable to have all feeder-switches inside single stainless steel compartment with incomer feeders at the extremities to prevent chances of failure due to plug-in coupling arrangement. (ii) Necessary interlocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations.(iii) Above switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. Any claims towards internal arc compliance, number of mechanical/electrical/short-circuit operations, gas-leakage rates etc. shall not be accepted unless proven via type-test reports of model being offered.(iv) The above module consisting of load break switches and VCBs shall be aligned appropriately and must have electrical and mechanical interlocking as per latest electrical safety norms including installation on platform as recommended by OEM. (v) The OEM should provide 2 years manufacturing warranty including service support at site without any cost from the date of commissioning of RMU at site. Certificate for the same to be submitted by OEM and from contractor too at the time of delivery. The rate quoted by the bidder shall include the service cost of RMUs and no extra claim shall be entertained from the OEM/contractor at later stage.

Supply and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage up to 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead using GI earth strip in size 32 x6 mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed with the following.

(i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. (ii) GI pipe upto & including 7.5RM for protection of earth wire/strip shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate. (iii) GI earth strip upto & including 7.5RM from the earth test point shall be deemed included in quoted unit rate. (iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

M&L for fabrication, installation sign board identifier / marker ( 25 cm x 25 cm board Preferably metallic in triangle shape) of 22 SWG and stand made out of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm thick of length 90cm (60 cm above ground level) and duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of RED colour for background over a coat of red oxide primer and marked 'EQ' letters of size 1 inch height in black paint text as directed and to be grouted 2 feet from the ground level including all excavation and earth work. It will mention the type of earthing, number of the earth pit and the total number of particular type of earthing for that equipment. For example, a equipment earthing pit can be marked as EQ 1/4 which means equipment earthing EQ No 1 out of 4 EQ earth pits for the equipment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice board of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white,with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts for HT 25X20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of angle iron of size 60x60x5 mm for fencing to sub station used as vertical member and angle iron of size 35x35x4 mm for frame to wire mesh including cutting to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw including welding at site, confirming to Fe-290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 4 mm thick mild steel wire 50 x 25 mm mesh up into mattressess or cages, lapped wired and fixed in position including welded for fencing to grid including one coat of primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for gravel filling with gravel of gauge n.exc 40 mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of brick sub class 'B' laid dry on end vertically, including necessary excavation and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of MMX CO2 4.5 Kg IS: 15683 (Squeez grip valve) carbon Di-oxide agent type fire extinguisher, ISI marked (ISI15683:2018) CE and EN certified, Containing CO2 gas having purity 99.7% filled in seamless cylinder, coated with High glossy PU paint, ISI marked Dual spindle valve with aluminium wheel and collar/Squeeze grip brass valve, aluminium siphon tube, High durability Vinyl label, QR code label with printed serial number, Individually packed in 7 ply corrugated paper box with wall bracket, screw & plugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair HT cable route indicator made out of 45 X 45 X 6 mm MS angle of length 60 cm and bolted with round CI plate of suitable size indicating HT cable 11000 V complete including excavation & grouting by PCC 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down distribution transformer of capacity 400 KVA 11KV/433 Volts carefully from position at Sub station by disconnecting all the connections carefully, lifting the transformer by crane and transporting the transformer safely to newly constructed platform placing in original position, connecting up HT and LT Cable and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall quote the rate including crane charges.

Material and labour for transformer platform of size 3.0 m x 3.0 m x 1.5m height comprising of PCC M-7.5 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, Brick work one brick thick using old size brick in cement mortar 1:6, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on all exposed brick surface finished smooth using extra cement, filling in approved earth, providing 150mm thick hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm and 150mm thick RCC slab M-25 grade (Nominal Mix) on top reinforced with 12mm dia TMT bars and finishing top surface with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be included in quoted rate.

S&F Substation sign board made out of 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet 1200 mm x 1200 mm including retro reflective sheeting on both side fixed on 50 mm dia stainless steel pipe of grade -304 (non scratchable) of wall thickness not less than 14 gauge including providing letters of not less than 75 mm height fixed on position with 50 mm dia stainless steel pipe (wall thickness of pipe shall be not less than 14 guage and vertical height of board above GL should be 2.4 m & below GL 60 cm deep ) and stainless steel pipe embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in post holes of size 250 mm x 600 mm including 6 mm thick mild steel base size 200 mm x 200 mm X 600 mm including 6 mm thick mild steel base plate of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 6 mm thick for anchoring of post applying of two coats of anti corrossive paint on anchoring plate and writing letters and numbers on both sides of the board in English and Hindi (as required at site) should be as per IRC 30-1968 using of approved make material, numbers of letters exc 50 but n exc 250 on each of the board etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Square sign board should be cut in one corner in half of width & depth of it all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.
