M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs / benching / coving and roof padding over roof surfaces etc rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of crack treatment and coving: Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 15 mmx20 mm in U shape by mechanical means. Cleaning all the dirt and loose particles by airpressure and wetting crack to attain SSD condition and filling the crack using super fluid micro-concrete mixed in the ratio of 4 Litres(water):1 (25kg bag recrete ) maintaining to achieve thixotropic consistency complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of Hybrid PU polymers by self priming with 30% Water Dilution and let it dry for 4-6 hrs place. Further apply 2 coats of waterproofing treatment fibre reinforced liquid applied elastomeric membrane made of Hybrid PU polymers in a gap of 4-6 hrs. The applied material should have specific gravity of 1.25 g/cc with minimum recommended coverage of 1sqm/Litre to built DFT of 650 microns. The cured membrane shall exhibit: 1) Tensile strength ASTM D412 : 2.5 MPa 2) Elongation ASTM D412 : 500% 3) Adhesion Strength: 2N/sqm as per ASTM D 4541 4) Crack Bridging Ability : 3-4 mm as per AS/NZS 4548:5:1999 5) Water Permeability : NIL as per DIN 1048

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing coumpound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and provision of water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each having thickness 3mm, weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm as per manufacturers instruction with torch application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below: :- (a) M&L for screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces/ roof/ parapet wall using WPC as per manufacturer instruction finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed (b) First coat apply bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384of 1965 @ 0.4Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated (c) Second course of laying of APP based modified polymeric with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction 150mm in tranverse direction sealed and bounded to the surface by torch application method. All joints and changes in all direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane Note ::- (i) The liquid water proofing compound measured & paid separately relevant Item. (ii) Work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer (iIi) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for applying two coat of bituminous aluminum paint over APP membrane provided on roof complete all as specified and directed. Note:-The quoted rates is deemed to include for the cost of scaffolding, T&P etc required for execution of the work.

M & L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof surfaces and applying roof treatment as under :- (a) 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) using 100 % coarse sand on roof / parapet walls with liquid water proofing compound mixed as per manufacturing instructions. (b) Applying a coat of bitumenous primer confirming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.40 ltrs/Sqm on prepared surfaces and allow to dry. (c) Supply and laying of 3 mm thick (Minimum) polymeric water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3 Kgs/Sqm. (d) Supply and laying 20 mm thick PCC plain tiles best quality over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) and jointing and pointing in CM (1:3) by mixing polymer base liquid water proofing chemical as per manufacturer instructions. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M & L for brick work using fly ash brick conforming to IS-12894:2002, Non Modular, class designation 7.5, straight or curved on plan, exc 6.0 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) including demoliton of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified.

S&Fin repair PVC (SWR) pipes in any length fixed to wall with SS clamp of 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes in any lenth fixed to wall with SS clamp of 75 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of PVC bends 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
