The method of submission of tender, amount of earnest money/security deposit and general terms and conditions applicable to the contract has been mentioned in the Annexure-I . The work is to be performed strictly as per parameters/ technical specifications given in Annexure-II . The prescribed tender form containing all terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of Superintendent PSD Saharanpur on any working day ( Monday to Friday) from to 6.8.2019 to 28.8.2019 (10.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs). On Payment of Rs. 590/-( Five hundred Ninety only) in the form of ACG-67 receipt obtained from any Post Office or can be downloaded from the central public procurement portal or receipt of Rs. 590/- (Five hundred Ninety rupee) in ACG-67 receipt format should accompany the forms downloaded from the website. 4. The tender complete in all respect must in all cases be received on or before the date and time indicated in the Schedule of tender in Para 2 above. The tenders received after the scheduled date and time will be rejected outright. Addresses: For all purposes of the contract including arbitration there under, the address of the contractor mentioned in the tender shall be final unless the contractor notifies a change of address by a separate letter sent by registered post with acknowledgement due to the Department of Posts. The contractor shall be solely responsible for the consequences of any omission or error to notify change of address in the aforesaid manner. 3. Earnest Money 3.1.
