Constructions of transformer plinth of size 5.5x5.5x6 feet, with the help of first class brick and masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely as per norms with RCC top 1:2:4 cement, sand coarse and stone grit with MS Bar and MS channel for resting transformer wheel (100x50x1650mm) and plaster. All material shall be provided by the contractor. Old good conditioned bricks, stronegrit and MS bar/MS channel etc will be used after approval of Supervisory Engineer to lower the cost of work. Work includes Removal of T/F from old plinth and re-energize the T/F on earth safely till new plinth construction. Then after remounting the T/F on newly constructed plinth and making all connections to energize the T/F.

Providing and fixing of welded wire mesh fencing around transformer plinth with MS Angle of size 40x40x6 mm length and 1.20 mtrs height. Such panels shall be supported on MS angle from of size 40x40x6 mm having 04 nos corner supports of height 1.65 mtrs including extended legs for grouting which will be used as a door for entry of the personnel or removal/shifting of transformer with welded hinges, sliding belt etc for locking arrangement as per drawing and specifications. The fencing will be painted in the green colour synthetic enamel paint after painting with one coat of red oxide primer. The rates should be inclusive of all materials required for completion of above work. (Length of each fencing approx. 11 mtrs) with T& P labour etc.
