Sub Head-II ( Repairing Works of DEA Sets) :: Replacement of faulty / defective spare parts / components/ accessories of existing DG sets i/c dismantling / disconnecting the faulty /defective ones, fixing and connection of new ones, testing and commissioning etc. complete as required.( Make- Recommended by manufacturer/ BSNL makes only) [a] 1x25 sqmm flexible Multi core cu conductor PVC insulated Battery Leads (Flexible) of length not less than 0.6 Meters with two nos terminals .

[b] Flexible wire braided fuel pipe of 19 mm dia for the connection of fuel line connection ( inlet and outlet ) complete as required at site.

[c] Banjo bolts with washer

[d] Suitable size belt

Providing of maintenance free New Lead acid Batteries of following types / rating complete with first fill of electrolyte & first charging i/c testing and commissioning at site complete as reqd. [a] 88Ah, 12 volt maintenance free Battery (M/s Exide FXPO-XP880 or Equivalent of BSNl approved. Make)

[b] 130 Ah, 12 volt maintenance free Battery (M/s Exide FXPO-XP1300 or Equivalent of BSNL approved Make)

[c] 150 Ah, 12 volt maintenance free Battery (M/s Exide FXPO-XP1500 or Equivalent of BSNL approved. Make)

Repairing of following items of EA set i/c replacement of faulty parts, making connection, testing etc complete as reqd. [a] Starting Self 12v up to 25 KVA

[b] Starting Self 12V, 32.5 to 62.5 KVA

[c] Charging Alternator

[d] Repairing and Cleaning of Engine Radiator up to 62.5 KVA EA Set etc complete as required.

Repairing and servicing of FIP i/c replacement of faulty components , tresting , calibration etc. complete as reqd. [a] Up to 25 KVA EA Set

[b] From 30 KVA to 62.5 KVA EA Set

Re-winding of alternator with "H" class insulated copper wire and "H" class insulated material (Paper, Varnish ,appoxi base hardner) i/c replacement of diodes, petty repairing , testing, dismantling and realignment, transportation upto work shop, loading /unloading etc. complete as required. (Note: The dismantled burnt copper winding will be the property of the firm, so the rates to be quoted accordingly) [a] Up to 25 KVA EA Set

Supplying & fixing of three Phase AVR suitable for voltage regulation in DG set upto 62.5 KVA Capacity EA set i/c testing etc. complete as reqd.

Shifting of following capacity DG set from one site to another i/c dismantling , loading / unloading and installation of DG set at new location etc. complete as reqd . ( Upto 30 Km distance ) [a] Upto 25 KVA DG set

[b] Above 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA EA Set

[c] Extra per Km. charges for distance more than 30 Km

Supply and laying of one number 4x16 Sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size aluminium conductor armored cable in the following manners:- [a] In the existing masonry open duct/ surface/ wall as required.

[b] Direct in CC floor i/c cutting the CC floor and making good the damages etc. complete as required.

Supply and laying of one number 3½ x50 Sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size aluminium conductor armored cable in the following manners:- [a] In the existing masonry open duct/surface /wall as required.

[b] Direct in CC floor i/c cutting the CC floor and making good the damages etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. [a] 4x16 sq. mm

[b] 3½ X 50 sq. mm

Making arrangement of fuel for minimum 30 minutes run of EA set (Not less than 5.00 Ltrs) i/c cartage, container and filling the fuel in existing tank etc as complete as required at site. (This item executed only those sites where fuel not made available by the BSNL authorities)

SH-III ( Buy back of old Lead acid batteries) :: Less (Buy back ) price for 12 Volt old existing unsevicable battery irrespective of make and model available at site. [a] AH capacity up to 110 AH

AH Capacity Above 110 AH & up to 130 AH

AH capacity Above 130 AH & Up to 150 AH

SH-IV ( Visit Charges) :: Visit charges to attend fault of DEA Set on call basis/ complaint basis on behalf of written Job order from SDE(E) concerned for different TE /BTS sites under jurisdiction including attending the minor faults involving no material and submit detailed report for major fault to the Engineering -In-charge i/c fare charges to visit the site from HQ etc complete as reqd. Note:- (1) Visit Charges are not payable, if cost of work executed at particular site is beyond Rs 5000/-. (2). The Charges shall be paid only subject to submission of detailed site visit report in Job Order along with bill for sites where servicing / major repairing work not carried out by agency. (3). Charges shall be paid proportionately to attend the complaints e.g. 3 Sites for visit up to 30 KM's on a route, 2 Sites for visit more than 30 KM & Up to 60 KM on a route and 1 Site for visit beyond 60 KM from HQ . (4) Visit charges shall be allowed only once during the currency of contract/once in a year whichever is earlier for a particular sites/site as applicable.
