ii. Incomer from DG Sets : Two (2) Nos 800 Amp, 50 kA, Four pole , EDO ACB, with ON/OFF/TRIP indication lamp and TNC control switch, complete as required and as per approved SLD. Each DG supply breaker shall be provided with the following: One (1) No. Multifunction meter suitable for measurement of voltage, currents, Power Factor, Frequency,Power , Energy, with one (1) set of CTs (3 Nos.) 800/5A Class 1.0, 15VA . One (1) Set of indication lamps for ON/OFF/ Trip/ trip circuit healthy. One (1) Set of Phase indication lamps with control MCB. One (1) Microprocessor based relay for short circuit, over current and earth fault protection . One (1) No. Reverse Power Relay equivalent. One (1) No. Under Voltage relay. One (1) No. Over Voltage relay. One (1) No Trip circuit supervision relay One (1) No Master trip relay One (1) No Auxiliary relay as required shall be provided with in the scope of item. Note:- The transformer and DG Set incomers shall be suitably interlocked to operate automatically for transfer of load from normal to DG Supply and vise-versa. This will be controlled by PLC Panel of DG Synchronization Panel.

iii. Bus Coupler : One (1) Nos. 800A , 50 KA, Four pole , EDO ACB, with ON/OFF indication lamp and TNC control switch, Under Voltage & shunt trip release, anti pumping protection etc. complete as required . iv. Busbar : 1200A , 50 kA TP + N Al. Busbar insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be colour coded. The neutral busbar shall be 50% rated. Separate earth busbar of sutaible rating shall be provided on the rear bottom of the panel.

vi. Outgoings : Section- I: One (1) No. 800A, 50 kA, 4P ACB EDO with Microprocessor based release for short circuit, over current protection . Two (3) Nos. 200A, 35 kA, 4P MCCB with variable thermal magnetic for short circuit, over current protection. Two (2) Nos. 63A, 35 kA, 4P MCB Two (2) Nos. 32A, 35 kA, 4P MCB Section - II One (1) No. 800A, 50 kA, 4P ACB EDO with Microprocessor based release for short circuit, over current protection. Two (3) Nos. 200A, 35 kA, 4P MCCB with variable thermal magnetic for short circuit, over current protection. Two (2) Nos. 63A, 35 kA, 4P MCB Two (2) Nos. 32A, 35 kA, 4P MCB NOTE:- 1) All out going feeders will be provided with MFM with RS 485 connectivity, CTs of suitable range and ON/OFF indicating lamps . 2) Incoming and Out going feeders will be with Sandwiched Bus Trunking and UG Cables as per Schematics 3) PLC based interlocking will be provided in all incomings and bus-couplers. D.G. Set - Radiator Cooled (Silent Type ) Supplying, Shifting, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM , radiator cooled with acoustic enclosure Diesel Generator Set of following (Prime Power) ratings. The engine shall be complete with following accessories. The alternator shall be self excited, self regulated, brush-less and continuously rated for below mentioned capacity at 0.8 P.F., 3 phase 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system and shall be provided with static excitation unit. The DG Sets shall be subjected to all necessary tests as per relevant standards, technical specifications and tender conditions with all labour and materials, as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Diesel Engine Diesel Engine 4 stroke radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 rpm suitable for output of alternator, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted with class A1 electronic governor and complete with all standard accessories and as per detailed specifications (as per BS:5514). The engine shall not be derated up to 50 deg C temperature. Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital/Analog display for following:- Start-stop switch Water temperature indication Lubrication oil pressure indication Battery charging indication RPM indication Over speed trip indication Low lub, oil trip indication Engine Hours indication Alternator Synchronous alternator rated 250 KVA at 415 volts , 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor. The alternator shall have SPDP enclousre, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS : 4722/BS 2613 or BS:500 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation. Alternator shall be suitable for connection with conventional type aluminium bus duct of required capacity. The alternator shall not be derated up to 50 deg C. .

Base Frame Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable RCC foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. The DG set shall be installed at ground level. Fuel Tank Daily service fuel tank built in the accoustics enclosure of suitable capacity fabricated out of MS sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. In addition one fuel tank of 990 Liters capacity made of 4 mm thick MS sheet will be installed at 1.5 m height above ground level on MS structure.This tank will be connected with day tank provided inside the enclosure of DG Sets. Tank shall have 450 mm ID manhole cover, flanged connection for inlet, outlet, drain, overflow, vent and provision for level controller. This tank will be complete with all accessories, level indication, connecting pipe line and protection from weather with suitable canopy arrangment. Exhaust system Dry exhaust mainfold with residential type silencer . Starting system: 12V/24V DC starting system comprising of starter motors: complete with suitable nos. and AH of batteries as recommended by manufacturer for at least three cranking attempts.

Accoustic Enclosure Accoustic and weather proof enclosure suitable for the DG Set with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air into the atmosphere as per specifications & CPCB norms. The enclosure shall be provided with fans at the rear to ensure that adequate cooling air is made available to the engine and the temperature within the enclosure is limited to 5 deg C above ambient . The opeartion of the fans shall be fully automatic as per specification. Control Panel Control Panel - Suitable for auto starting and auto operation of DG set and with protections for engine and alternator. The panel will sense normal supply and control operation of DG Sets and breakers. Manual fuel filling arrangment includinmg Hand operated Gear pump, barrel, suitable flexible pipe etc shall be provided . The DG Sets shall be in a postion to take up full load within 15 Secs of Power failure. DG Set Rating as follows: 250 KVA ( Prime Power) Radiator Cooled DG Set with Acoustic enclosure. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of exhaust piping of 150 mm dia size MS B Class exhaust pipes, SS belwo, bends, silencer insulation with welding joint including bends, clamps, dash fastener, flanges, nuts, bolts, insulation of exhaust pipe using 50 mm thick loosely bound resin mattress/mineral wool/rock wool density not less than 120 kg/mtr cube, wire chicken mesh over insulation and cladding aluminium sheet of 0.6 mm thick etc complete as required and as per specifications.

Design, supply & fixing of self supporting structure sutaible for pipes for exhaust of DG sets complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Perforated Type Cable Trays (Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron Cable Tray) Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. a. 100 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

b. 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supply of Indoor type air cooled constant current regulator of micro processor controlled, thristor type suitable for operation on 230/415 volts, 50Hz input AC supply with 6.6A output having 5 steps variation of current output and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system, with digital output ammeter (0-10A), overcurrent, overvoltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication equipment's, individual lamp control and monitoring system module, hours run counter, LCD display, complete as required for the following rating and confirm to specifications enclosed.should have proviion of MAFI compitability 4 kw

Installation, testing & commissioning of 4 KW microprocessor controlled CCRs including providing earth connection with GI strip of size 25mm x 5mm, all necessary arrangement, end termination with plug and recepticle etc. for commissioning of CCR etc. as required.

[Total amount of Rs. 1,00,000 (excluding GST) is kept for DSR items 2018 E&M.] Note : Rate of DSR items shall be quoted against total amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00(One Lakh) in figures excluding GST which shall be converted in the percentage (above/below) and rate of DSR items shall be taken exclusive of GST(basic rate) on which payment shall be made considering percentage (above/below) rate quoted against Rs. 1,00,000.00.
