ACMC 2ND YEAR , Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 30 KLD MBBR packaged Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) consiting of 2 Nos sewage lifting submersible pump set, 2 Nos. sludge transfer pump set, 2 Nos air blowers set, 02 Nos filter feed pump set, 01 No treated water sump pump, dosing tank with 2 nos dosing pump, FRP multigrade pressure sand filter and FRP activated carbon filter ,1 No. Anoxic chamber, 02 Nos MBBR Chambers, 01 No Tube/ plate settler chamber, 01 No balancing tank , 1 No.sludge tank, raw sewage collection and treated water tank with pipe lines, valves, sockets, elbows, reducers, supports, motor control panel comprising of starters, circuit breakers, indicating lights, selector switches, relays, sensors, cabling and earthing from motor control panel etc., by carrying out preventive, breakdown/ repair & comprehensive maintenance, attending faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring round the clock serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system including repairing of pumps , blowers, rewinding of blowers and pump motors, repairing/ replacement of valves and piping, power and control panel, sensors, control and power cables (within the STP plant from STP control panel onwards) etc including supply and replacement of spares, consumeables and painting of plant as per terms & conditions of contract.

DIGITAL WATER FLOW METER , Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Electromagnetic type Digital water Flow Meter cum totaliser with remote display unit, at the STP raw water inlet and STP treated water Outlet lines of 50mm dia including necessary modifications in the existing lines, wiring and connections with the existing control panel etc complete as required.(The remote display units shall be installed near the STP control panel in suitable cubicle/ housing including supply of sheet steel/ FRP cubicle/ housing).

4C X 25 SQ MM CABLE , Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, aluminium conductor, armoured, power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended up to date.a) 4C X 25 sq. mm

4CX25 SQ MM GLAND , Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required.A) 4C X 25 sq. mm

LAYING UPTO 35 SQ MM , Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE powerl cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. A) UPTO 35 SQ MM
