Supply only approved earth/Fertile soils for plantation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only best quality Vermi compost for plantation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Organic manure(cow dung) of the bast quality for plantation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, plantation and developing of Ashoka Plant [height of plant not less than 1.20m above ground level and of age 6 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.45m deep and of size 450 X 450mm and filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, plantation and developing of Foxtail Palm [Wodyetia Bifurcata] [height of plant not less than 2.00m above ground level and of age 12 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground upto 1.00m deep and of size 600 X 600mm and filling of Good Earth [Without moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Crotons and Hedging plant 1 to 3 feet height plants, 1 years old (Duranta, Enermy, Lantana for hedging and Petra, gold dust, mammy croton or as approved by AGE (I)) planted in two staggered rows at a density of not less than 5 per meter, with approximately 200 mm clearance between plants in the same row and 300-400 mm between each rows. The interplant whips / transplants should be planted within this pattern in groups of 2/3 hedge row scheme, including digging of pit and filling with organic fertilizer of cow dung 200 gm in pit for hedging with soil in 1:3 pro-portion (1 part of cowdung and 3 parts of approved soil) manure pesticides including removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point.

Note for Item No. 08 & 09:- (i) Tree plants will be obtained from Govt nursery or any other nursery as approved by AGE(I)/GE. (ii) Payment for this item shall be made only for the plants found alive. Any dead plant shall be replaced with the new ones without any extra cost to the Govt. (iii) Watering arrangement during the currency of work is included in the quoted rate.

S & F 25mm dia Garden Sprinkler Valve Swivel type Brass Body, ISI marked, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Gun Metal Globe or Gate Valve of Class - I, Pressure Tested of 1.5 Mpa, 20 mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, confirming to IS, ISI Marked complete all specified and as directed.

Phase-II :-Care and Maintenance of newly planted tree/ plants/ grass etc by applying water / manure etc by employing Mali / Gardener in one shift per day, 8 (Eight) hour shift except Sunday and closed Holiday complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Rate quoted will be for one No. Mali / Gardener for one shift)

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
