(b) ALTERNATOR : 62.5 KVA/50 KW at 0.8 PF lagging, 415 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM self excited and self regulated with AVR brushless excitation band of voltage ± 1% of rated voltage from no load to full load insulation class H, IP-23 self ventilated and conforming to IS4722, BS5000, IEC 34/1, ISO 8528, BS5514, ISO3046, suitable for above mentioned diesel engine complete all as specified and directed . (c) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Factory made acoustic enclosure (canopy) having size not less than 1740mm lengthX1050mm widthX1474 mm height for the above 62.5 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 db (A), measured at 1.00, meter distance @75% load auditable frequencies as per guidelines of CPCB & comprising of following-: (i) Sound proof insulation 100mm thick Rock wool (Density 65 Kg/cum) (ii) Outer body: Not less than 1.6 mm thick CRCA. (iii) Door 1.6 mm thick CRCA (iv) Inner surface: 1.0 mm thick powder coated & perforated CRCA / GI sheet (v) Common base frame: ISMC 250

(d) CONTROL PANEL : LT panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheets in suitable compartments front openable duly powder coated for a weather proof and long lasting finishing including the following:- (i) MCCB suitaibly rated ,qty OEM recommended (Make: Legrand/Havells/L&T). (ii) Set of phase indicating lamps with HRC fuses - 01 Set. (iii) Voltmeter 96 sq.mm digital type 0 to 500 volts range with selector switch: 01 set (iv) Amp meter 96 sq.mm digital type 0 to 400 Amps range with suitable CT's complete - 01 set. (v) KWH meter digital type (vi) Digital PF meter (vii) Set of suitable CT”s (viii) Indicating lamps for supply and load on (ix) Instrument fuses (HRC type) (x) Bottom gland plates for incoming and outing cable (xi) Circuit diagram plate

(e) AMF (Automatic on Mains Failure Panel board) :- The AMF panel board suitable for 62.5KVA/50KW DG set fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with powder coated painting, totally enclosed,dust, and vermin proof, free standing,floor mounted type with IP-53 degree of protection & front operated with rear opening type suitable for operation 3 phase, 4 wire , 415 volts, 50 Hz. The panel board shall have AMF Controller ,3phase power contactor suitably rated ,OEM recommended Qty-02 Nos , 4pole, coil voltage 230volts AC , MCCB 4 Pole suitably rated Qty-02 Nos (rating OEM recommended) Makes:- L&T/Legrand/Havells,auxiliary relays - 02 Nos, battery charger, SMPS based - 01 No, voltage monitoring relay- 01 No, Digital voltmeter with VSS, ammeter with ASS and CT's - 01 set, LED phase indication lamps - 01 set, load and mode selector switch - 01 set and mechanical interlocking system. Aluminium busbar TPN 200 Amps rating,control wiring and control cables with copper conductor cables of suitable size adequate length, cable entry holes,earth terminals,locking arrangement,safety devices,control fuses etc. and inculding standard accessories as required for efficient functioning of AMF panel. Note:Factory inspection during manufacturing at any stage as directed by AGE(I).The expenses of inspection deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, fixing and laying including testing of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded steel wire /strip armoured heavy duty ,1100 Volt grade ,multistandared aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm 3½ core laid into trench ,passing through pipe ,ducts,making electrical connection over pole /panel at one end into MCB DB's /Main switch / Change over switch through proper lugs/thimbles at both ends ,having complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
