Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Cutting, bending,welding, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in all structures complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Reinforcement steel will be supplied by the Department at free of cost at department stores.)

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;PCC(1:3:6) using 20mm size well graded HBG metal with min cement content of 300 kg per cum for floorings and levelling course .the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials except cost of cement which will be supplied by the Dept at free of cost at Dept stores/KTPS-V.Stage including mixing, placing, compacting with plate vibrator, curing , all labour charges with all leads and lifts, all taxes excluding seignorage charges ,incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Chipping of RCC flooring area to expose reinforcement for laying of footings .The rate includes cost of all labour, hire charges of machinery, transportation of debris and dumping in low lying areas,cutting of exposed rods, cost of T&P and consumables, all leads and lifts,incidental charges etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Formation of an approach road backside of coal shed area upto newly formed road near O&M compound wall by removing of deposited rejected coal, ash, soil etc in restricted areas and in heaps and at all depths by loading from MCC-II area and other places as directed by the department and unloading the same at open area back side of coal shed in low lying areas with a lead 1 KM by engaging tractor/tipper etc by mechanical means, spreading, levelling and finishing in layers of thickness not exceeding 300mm thick compacted using 7-11T capacity vibratory roller, watering etc.,. The rate includes all labour charges, loading, conveyance and hire charges of machinery including idle charges, fuel and crew charges,T&P required, safety tools, all leads and lifts and incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Labour charges for Fabrication and Erection and fixing in position of MS plates i.e Insert Plates in Pedastals along with lugs like IS angles etc as directed by the department. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials except structural steel which shall be supplied by dept free of cost at KTPS V Stage Stores, consumables like electrodes of D&H, Modi or eq approved make ,industrial gas, grinding stones etc.,hire charges of welding machine,gas cutting set etc including transportation, all labour charges with all leads and lifts, incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Laying of Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) Nominal Mix for Pedastals of proposed fire water line with min. cement content of 300 Kg per Cum corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size and 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as shifting of material to work site, centering, placing of insert plates with lugs and ensuring top level as per required level as directed by engineer in charge, machine mixing, laying concrete,vibrating, finishing and curing etc., all other taxes excluding Seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Cement and Steel will be issued by Dept. at free of cost at Dept. stores.)

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Laying PCC(1:4:8) using 40mm size well graded HBG metal for leveling course with min.cement content of 162 Kg per Cum in foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials except cost of cement which will be supplied by the Department at free of cost at Department stores including shifting of material to work site, mixing, placing, compacting, curing , all labour charges with all leads and lifts and other incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Supply, transportation and Laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete Socket & Spigot pipes of NP2 class (600 mm diameter) for cross drainage/ culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2. The rate includes cost & conveyance of all materials, all labour charges for laying pipe & fixing in position, all operational & labour charges etc (but excluding cost of cement & seigniorage charges), complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer in charge . (Cement will be issued by the department at free of cost at department Stores)

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Chipping of existing reinforced cement concrete bed with tractor mounted breaker and removing of RCC bars of all diameters by using gas cutter upto required depth and length including neat finishing of edges with chisels and hammers etc in coal plant area. The chipped material and debris shall be dumped in low lying areas with a lead 1 KM. The rate includes all labour charges, hire charges of vehciles, T&P, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work.

Concrete pedestals for Fire Hydrant and Mulsifier line;Earth work excavation by manual means in all kinds of soils like mixture of gravel and SDR like shales, ordinary gravel, stoney earth,silt, coal and earth mixed with removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom including stacking useful material near working location and backfilling the trenches with excavated earth including all labour charges, leads and lifts and incidental charges, dewatering charges, backfilling charges etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer- in -Charge.
