Construction of SWD 3;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M15 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (Cement Content is taken as 275 Kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%, 20mm-30% & 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand (as per mix design approved by the Engineer-in-charge from the Dept., from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for Foundation Bed as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH - for approach road/ road restoration. Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with 100% Cement, 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand. 2.The quantities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 3. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 275Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 275 kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 4.Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Construction of SWD 3;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of SWD 3;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH Clause 301.

Construction of SWD 3;Lowering the 2200mm dia RCC S/S pipes carefully into the ready made trenches laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing with rubber rings and testing including filling with water lead upto 500 meters excluding cost of rubber rings as per BIS No.783/1985.

Construction of SWD 3;Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Rubber rings to suit 2200mm dia R.C.C. Spun / Vibrated Cast (Reinforced) Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S 5382/ 1985 (rate per each rubber ring) including transportation but excluding taxes the Rubber Rings shall be tested at the factory premises conforming to B.I.S. 5382/1985.

Construction of SWD 3;Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of R.C.C. Spun / Vibrated Cast (Reinforced) Socket and Spigot pipes 2200 mm dia NP - 3 Class conforming to B.I.S. 458/2003 at ex-factory (rate per meter of effective length) including transportation & excluding taxes.

Construction of SWD 3;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial leadin layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of SWD 3;Carting of surplus excavated Soil/rock within a lead of 15 Km from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

Construction of SWD 3;Providing barricading arrangement (2 tier) (2nos. horizontal 6' 0" long, 1no. vertical 4'0" long) with casurina ballies as per the design duly excavating pits and its removal after the function is over including hire charges fo the barricading materials as per the schedule given by the departmental authorities complete for finished item of work

Construction of SWD 3;Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread, stiching charges and labour charges for finished item of work.

Construction of SWD 3;Dewatering by pumping out water collected by natural drainage including cost of all materials machinary, labour, drinage, lighting, and all other operations etc, complete using 5HP diesel dewatering pump.

Construction of SWD 3;Supply and Fixing Perforated Square DI Covers of size (0.9x0.9m), Weight 150 kgs etc., complete.

Construction of SWD 3;Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement Fe-500/500D/550D from steel manufactures within telangana with minimum integrated installed production capacity of 2 lakh MT per annum ( AF Star TMT, MS life TMT, Radha TMT, Sugna TMT) for box drain/ culvert foundation, walls and top slab and for foundation of retaining wall complete as per drawings and technical specifications sections 1600 & 2200 MORTH including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded. (for Box Drains Base slab/Walls/Top Slab)
