Works;Randum Rubble Stones in Cement Mortor 1:6 Prop using hard granite stone including Cost & Conveyance of all materials like Cement, Sand, Water, Granite Stones, etc., including cost of on all Materials, all taxes including Labour for cutting Stones to required size and shape mixing of Cement Mortor Construction Scaffolding charges Curing, etc., complete for finished item of work

Works;RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, including centering, shuttering.

Works;Supply and fabrication of HYSD Fe 415 Grade steel including cost and conveyance to site and labour charges including cutting, bending, fabrication of reinforcement including cost of binding wire etc complete for 1 Kg n including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges etc,, complete for finished item of work (For 1st Floor)

Works;Providing and placing of Ready Mix Concrete of Grade M-10 with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete. Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with manufactured sand (rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50. 2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.

Works;Removing of wet silt and sludge from sullage drains with the aid of Iron Baskets including all labour charges etc complete

Works;Dismantling of stone masonry, including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH
