Nala Work;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M30 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (cement content is taken as 405kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with Ordinary Portland Cement 43/53 grade and with 40mm size graded (40mm-40%,20mm-40% & 10mm-20%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate conforming IS:383-1970 (as per the Mix Design approved by the Engineer - in - Charge of the Department from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, including dewatering & desilting charges etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH for road restoration. Note: 1) The quantities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 405 Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 405 kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 3) Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Nala Work;Supply and placing of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) M15 by Ready Mix (RMC) Standard Mix Concrete grade as per IS 4926-2003 and with minimum cement content (Cement Content is taken as 275 Kgs) as per IS code 456-2000 and standard mix design as per IS:10262:2009 with 40mm size graded (40mm-60%, 20mm-30%& 10mm-10%) machine crushed hard granite/trap/dolerite metal free from dust obtained by machine crushing and blasting and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383-1970 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand (as per mix design approved by the Engineer-in-charge from the Dept., from standard suppliers) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges,water charges, pumping, including form work, laying concrete, vibrating, curing for 14 days, excluding dewatering charges and desilting charges etc.,complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges and seigniorage charges for Road Restoration as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. Note: 1. The rate of RMC is worked out with 100% Cement, 50% Natural Sand and 50% manufactured sand. 2.The quantities for cement , coarse aggregrates and fine aggregrates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 3. For estimate purpose Cement Content is taken as 275Kg/Cum. As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 275kgs per cum of concrete, the difference in cost shall be deducted. 4.Manufactured sand (Rock Sand) not more than 50% of total sand content can be used.

Nala Work;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (using hard broken stone of granite trap dolerite and dolamite free from dust obtained by quarrying wedging, breaking, burning and splitting (quartzite and basalt with aggregate impact of less than 20) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH.

Nala Work;Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH Clause 301.

Nala Work;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of Rubble Masonry including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH - Rubble Masonry By Mechanical Means

Nala Work;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of Prestressed/Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 & above including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH.

Nala Work;Removing of upto 600 mm dia all type of Hume Pipes and Stacking within a lead of 1000 metres including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works.

Nala Work;Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread, stiching charges and labour charges for finished item of work.

Nala Work;Filling with useful available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work.

Nala Work;Providing barricading arrangement 2 - TIER (2 Nos Horizontals- 6'-0" long - 1 No Vertical -4'-0" High) with casurina ballies as per the design duly excavating pits and its removal after the function is over including hire charges of the barricading materials as per the schedule given by the departmental authorities complete for finished item of work.

Nala Work;Supply and fixing of 900mm x 900mm D.I Jali with frame 150 kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, complete for finished item of work as per standard specification.

Nala Work;Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Rubber rings to suit 1200mm dia R.C.C. Spun / Vibrated Cast (Reinforced) Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S 5382/ 1985 (rate per each rubber ring) including transportation but excluding taxes the Rubber Rings shall be tested at the factory premises conforming to B.I.S. 5382/1985.
