CC Road;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

CC Road;BLD-CSTN-3-16-(31)-c: Supply and Plcing of M-20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using Weight Batcher/Mixer with 20mmm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (Coarse Aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse Aggregate, water etc. to site and including Seinorage charges, sales & other taxes on all material including all operational, incidemntal and labour charges such as weigh batching, amchine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curting, centering shuttering etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrications charges (APSS No.402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for finished item od work. for RCC Slabd, Beams9 using steerl; Scaffolding) Note : 1) The Cement Content is adopted as 350 Kg/cum for estimating purpose only. The Exact quantities will be as per mix design . ) As per mix Design, if the cement comtetmt is found to be less than B2942 Kg/cum the defference in cost shall be deducted.
