RCC Pipes;Lowering the RCC plain ended pipes carefully into the trench laying them true to alignment and gradient, jointing RCC pipes with cement joints including curing, the cost of jointing materials i.e., Cement Mortar (1:1.5), hemp yarn etc., and testing including filling with water with a water lead upto 500 metres as per BIS No.783/85. As per SSR 2018-19.

RCC Pipes;BLD-CSTN-3-1-29.a : Construction of manhole as per type design using Brick Masonary 2nd Class Ground moulded or traditional size 23x11x7 Cm in Cement Mortor 1:3 Prop including Cost & conveyance of all Materials like Cement, Sand, Bricks, Water, etc., to site cost of Seigniorage charges on all materials, including all labour charges like mixing Cement Mortor, scaffoding charges lift charges , curing charges etc., complete for finished item of work , including CC (1:2.5:5) bed for foundation , inside & outside plastering 12mm thick in single coat of Portland slag CM (1:3) prop; and outside plastering 12mm thick in single coat of portland slag CM (1:3) prop and supporting incoming pipes with concrete block / masonary wherever necessary including finishing the gap with CM (1:3) prop; on both the sides including supply and fixing of manhole frame and cover (HD-20) including cost and conveyance of all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.

RCC Pipes;Collection ,Supply and filling of Gravel from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

RCC Pipes;Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with initial lift of 3 mts and lead up to 50m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD.

RCC Pipes;Plain Cement concrete nominal mix (1:4:8) prop (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site , seigniorage charges on all materials, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

RCC Pipes;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

RCC Pipes;Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length,vaccum pump to maintain vaccum presssure 0.7-0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with power floater,mechanical travelling,finishing with sound edges and corners,including hire and operational charges of machinery,labour,fuel etc.,complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the workas( per quotation)
