Supply and fix cable junction box thermoplastic body IP-66, size 225mm x 295mm x 122mm suitable for halogen free and weather proof for out door installation with metric knockout for cable entry suitable for cable size 16-35 sqmm including 01 No SP MCB single pole of capacity 5 to 30 Amps 240 Volts and MS clamp fabricated from 25x3mm MS flat iron with bolts complete all specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as directed and specified.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core complete all as directed and specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for foundation, laying of poles ,cables in trenches and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance no exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread river sand for cable laying /foundations/Cable duct including watering and consolidation, cushioning of cable laid in trenches complete all as all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

M&L brick protection with common burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230 x 115 x 75mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors of dia 40mm for LT cable protection complete.

PHASE-II (DURING DEFECT LIABILTY PERIOD) Maintenance of well-developed plants/grass/trees provided under Sl item No. 1 to 03. The contractor shall employ adequate minimum one experienced gardeners (Semi-Skilled) per day. Muster roll shall be maintained for daily attendance of tradesmen which is to be signed by both the parties (contractor & Engineer-in-charge). As per requirement if more gardeners are employed no additional/extra claim on said account is payable complete all as specified and directed the maintenance shall be including followings:- (a) Periodical de-weeding of unwanted vegetation around plants/lawn/trees area. (b) Watering all Trees/Plants/Lawn areas as required for proper growth. (c) Periodical lawn mowing. (d) Periodical pruning the Hedges and (e) Treating the Trees/Plants/grass and soil with required quantity of approved Manure, pesticides and fertilizers including necessary topping of red soil/earth. (f) Replacement of dried/dead plants/grass/trees etc without extra cost to Govt. (1) Outsourcing one experienced gardener per day first 11 Months during defects liability period after physical completion of work Phase-I

(2) Outsourcing one experienced gardener per day Second 11 Months during defects liability period after physical completion of work first 11 Months.

Outsourcing one experienced gardener per day remaning period of second year during defects liability period after physical completion of 22 months. Note for Item No.15 above :- (i) The work covered under this item shall immediately commence from the next date of certified date of completion of works issued by GE shall run for a period of 02 years. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of manure, pesticides and fertilizers, cost of plants required replacement of dried/dead plants/grass/trees and cost of red soil/earth for topping up. (iii) Water shall be supplied by MES for maintenance only of well-developed plants/ grass/ trees provided under Sl item No 1 to 3. However, the contractor makes necessary arrangement for irrigation from the water point given by suitable method at site without any extra cost to department.
