The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have experience for 2 years of providing similar type of services. 2. Past Performance: The bidder must have provided services during each of the Financial year. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years of experience - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE Service Providers. - 25% increase or decrease in contract quantity or contract duration allowed at the time of issue of the contract. - 100% order quantity will be awarded to MSE bidder if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider(s) has/have quoted price within L-1+15% of margin of purchase preference/price band. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - OEM Authorization Certificate - Malicious Code Certificate - Manufacturer Authorization (Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid) Additionally, the bidder needs to provide documentary evidence for the office of the service provider located in the state of the consignee. Other eligibility requirements mentioned are: - The bidder must be a Service provider of the offered Service. - The bidder's credentials must be validated online and validated and approved by the Buyer after evaluation of submitted documents. - The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. - The bidder should upload an undertaking to this effect with the bid.
