ITEM;For 2nd year:Testing of the ineffluent and effluent samples once in every 15 days at the external lab accridated by NABL / MoEF and approved by HMDA including collection of samples in a proper way, testing of the parameters of D.O. Suspeded Solids, Total Dissolved Solids, pH, Turbiduty, BOD, COD, Total Nitrogen, Total Phosporus, E-coli , etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

ITEM;For 2nd year:Supply of lab reagents & collection, testing and analysis of influent and effluent samples from the plant once a day at plant lab including collection, testing for the parameter of DO, Suspended solids, pH, Temperature, Turbidity, MLSS, residual chlorine etc., and also collection testing of water quality of the raw sewage and treated effluents including replacement of any glass ware due to breakage and repairs, etc for complete finished item and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM;For 2nd year:Repairs to all the mechanical equipments and replacements of the parts of the mechanical quipments of the plant and maintenance of plant and maintenance of printer and concerned parts, cleaning products including labor for all operational charges and repairs to all the civil Structures, painting to the plant and equipment, tanks and buildings and also maintenance of the lab, complete as per the tender document, Maintenance of all electrical equipment involved in Running the plant and also replacement of tubes / bulbs /chokes inside the building and road network lighting within the STP campus etc., including the annual and preventive maintenance contracts with the manufacturers.complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including the stationery and other miscalleneous incidental charges

ITEM;For 2nd year:Supply & filling of oil & grease for generator and Lubricants required for periodical maintenance of plant and equipments including cost and conveyance of all materials to plant site etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supply and usage of following chemicals with minimum consumption specified in the document to treat the sewage including the cost, conveyance, storage, handling and dosing etc., complete for Achieving the discharge standards of the treated effluent standards specified in tender a) Supply and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite (10 ppm, 50-70 ltrs per day ) solution with available chlorine of 10% b) Non toxic grade cationic polyelectrolyte ( 0.2 ppm, 1-2 kgs per day) DK SETP31IOD packed in 25Kgs net packed in HDPE bag. The minimum dosages all chemicals shall be followed based on the water quality to achieve the treated effluent standard for 5MLDSTP.

ITEM;For 2nd year:Manning, Operation and Mainteance of 5MLD STP and connecting I&D, sewer lines / peripheral drains, round the clock including Sunday, hoildays and festvals as directed by Engineerin charge with the following qualified and experienced supervisory and ma power to operate the STP uninterrupted . 1. Plant Engineer (B.Tech and above) - 1No. 2.Chemist ( M.Sc Chemistry) - 1 No 3. Operator / Eelctricaian / Plumber ( ITI) - 4 No.s 4. Fitter (ITI) - 1 No. 5. Security Guards(3No's) 6. Helper / Man masdoor (6 nos) 7. Sweepers (1No) Following are the major activities for the maintenance of the STP - a) Maintenance of the STP to treat the raw sewage to the design capacity and maintaining the design standard in all the units and achieve the treated effluent quantity stipulated under functional guarantee and as per the guidelines of the 0&M of the STP. b) Maintenance of total site area, streetlights including replacements of lights /tubes/chokes etc., c)Cleaning of effluent pipeline upto disposal point. d) Desilting and cleaning the de-gritting mechanism, screen mechanism,receiving sump and sewage inlet manhole, inlet pipeline gate valves and chambers, e) Transportation of grit, sludge and dispose at the place as indicated by the Engineer-In-Charge with a lead of 25kms identfied by the agency including loading and unloading charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge * The above mentioned minimum manpower is to be provided by the contractor. However, based on the site condition the contractor has to enhance the manpower.

The minimum dosage shall be 0.5mlg/I and above to achieve the treated effluent standard for 20MLDSTP at Balkapur Nala d) Supply & Delivery HCl (Hydrochloric acid) (3.5 % ,300 ppm, 180-210 ltrs/day) for cleaning of membrane(CEB), e) Sodium Hypo Chloride for cleaning of membrane casettes and for recovery cleaning of membranes (12 %, 200 ppm, 320 lts/day) to prevent organic and inorganic fouling. ITEM;For 1st year:Manning, Operation and Mainteance of 5MLD STP and connecting I&D, sewer lines / peripheral drains, round the clock including Sunday, hoildays and festvals as directed by Engineerin charge with the following qualified and experienced supervisory and ma power to operate the STP uninterrupted . 1. Plant Engineer (B.Tech and above) - 1No. 2.Chemist ( M.Sc Chemistry) - 1 No 3. Operator / Eelctricaian / Plumber ( ITI) - 4 No.s 4. Fitter (ITI) - 1 No. 5. Security Guards(3No's) 6. Helper / Man masdoor (6 nos) 7. Sweepers (1No) Following are the major activities for the maintenance of the STP - a) Maintenance of the STP to treat the raw sewage to the design capacity and maintaining the design standard in all the units and achieve the treated effluent quantity stipulated under functional guarantee and as per the guidelines of the 0&M of the STP. b) Maintenance of total site area, streetlights including replacements of lights /tubes/chokes etc., c)Cleaning of effluent pipeline upto disposal point. d) Desilting and cleaning the de-gritting mechanism, screen mechanism,receiving sump and sewage inlet manhole, inlet pipeline gate valves and chambers, e) Transportation of grit, sludge and dispose at the place as indicated by the Engineer-In-Charge with a lead of 25kms identfied by the agency including loading and unloading charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer -in -Charge * The above mentioned minimum manpower is to be provided by the contractor. However, based on the site condition the contractor has to enhance the manpower.

ITEM;For 1st year: Testing of the ineffluent and effluent samples once in every 15 days at the external lab accridated by NABL / MoEF and approved by HMDA including collection of samples in a proper way, testing of the parameters of D.O. Suspeded Solids, Total Dissolved Solids, pH, Turbiduty, BOD, COD, Total Nitrogen, Total Phosporus, E-coli , etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

ITEM;For 1st year: Supply of lab reagents & collection, testing and analysis of influent and effluent samples from the plant once a day at plant lab including collection, testing for the parameter of DO, Suspended solids, pH, Temperature, Turbidity, MLSS, residual chlorine etc., and also collection testing of water quality of the raw sewage and treated effluents including replacement of any glass ware due to breakage and repairs, etc for complete finished item and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

ITEM;For 1st year: Repairs to all the mechanical equipments and replacements of the parts of the mechanical quipments of the plant and maintenance of plant and maintenance of PLC/SCADA, printer and concerned parts, cleaning products including labor for all operational charges and repairs to all the civil Structures, painting to the plant and equipment, tanks and buildings and also maintenance of the lab, complete as per the tender document, Maintenance of all electrical equipment involved in Running the plant and also replacement of tubes / bulbs /chokes inside the building and road network lighting within the STP campus etc.,including the annual and preventive maintenance contracts with the manufacturers. complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-ln-Charge including the stationery and other miscalleneous incidental charges

ITEM;For 1st year:Supply & filling of oil & grease for generator and Lubricants required for periodical maintenance of plant and equipments including cost and conveyance of all materials to plant site etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Supply and usage of following chemicals with minimum consumption specified in the document to treat the sewage including the cost, conveyance, storage, handling and dosing etc., complete for Achieving the discharge standards of the treated effluent standards specified in tender a) Supply & Delivery of Alum(Al2S04 ) The minimum dosage shall be 10 mg/I and above to achieve the treated effluent standard. b)Supply and delivery of Sodium Hypo Chlorite (NaOCI) solution with available chlorine of 10% c) Non toxic grade cationic polyelectrolyte, DK SETP31IOD packed in 25Kgs net packed in HDPE bag. The minimum dosage shall be 0.5mlg/I and above to achieve the treated effluent standard for 20MLDSTP at Balkapur Nala d) Supply & Delivery HCl (Hydrochloric acid) (3.5 % ,300 ppm, 180-210 ltrs/day) for cleaning of membrane(CEB), e) Sodium Hypo Chloride for cleaning of membrane casettes and for recovery cleaning of membranes (12 %, 200 ppm, 320 lts/day) to prevent organic and inorganic fouling. The minimum dosages all chemicals shall be followed based on the water quality to achieve the treated effluent standard

The minimum dosage shall be 0.5mlg/I and above to achieve the treated effluent standard for 30MLDSTP at Picket Nala d) Replacement of sand in Rapid sand filters periodically as an when required as per the operational mannual and treated effluent requirements. The minimum dosages all chemicals shall be followed based on the water quality to achieve the treated effluent standard
