The bidder shall submit the bids electronically, through e-procurement system (http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app). Any document submitted through any other means will not be considered as part of Bid except for the Originals as asked in this tender. 1.1.2. The tendering process shall follow two-part bidding. Bid shall be submitted in two parts, Technical Bid and Price Bid. 1.1.3. In the first stage, only Technical bid will be opened online and evaluated. 1.1.4. The Bid shall be considered responsive provided it meets all the requirements under this tender including technical specifications (Annexure III) and relevant documents as stipulated in Annexure I of tender document. 1.1.5.
