1.5) 1 HDD Horizontal Directional Drilling for laying of U/G PLB/HDPE Pipes to a standard depth of 1.65 cm as specified in laying practices of OF cable by HDD method

1.6) Excavation of Black Top or Concrete Road at Road Crossing/ at critical sections along the road, at shallow depths of required size (200 mm depth and 60 mm width) to run the PLB pipes with GI pipe protection from one end to other end of the road width where excavation of road prohibited for a depth of 1.65 m and including entry and exit pits and pushing PLB pipes, reinstatement of road with 1:2:4 cement concrete and all other operations involved as per directions of Engineer in charge. Pipes,sockets will be supplied by BSNL at no cost.If GI pipe issued it will be paid separately

1.7) Excavation of Black Top or Concrete Road along the road at shallow depths of required size (200 mm depth and 60 mm width) to run the PLB pipes where excavation of road prohibited for a depth of 1.65 m and including entry and exit pits and pushing PLB pipes, reinstatement of road with 1:2:4 cement concrete and all other operations involved as per directions of Engineer in charge. Pipes,sockets will be supplied by BSNL at no cost.If GI pipe is used,it will be paid separately

BORING,DRILLING & RCC WORKS 7.1) 7MBR Boring at a depth of 1.65m using HDD method /Boring/Cutting Black Top or Concrete Road at Road Crossing etc including excavating entry and exit pits & pushing PLB Pipes upto 3 Nos maximum, reinstatement of road and other all operations involved as per directions of Engineer in charge.(Length of Bore/ Length of reinstated road as the case may be is measured for payment)

7.2) 7DRC Drilling works for leading in of PLB pipe of 40 mm size/Flexible Pipe A) In RCC/Concrete walls of any thickness upto 40mm size hole with core cutting machine

7.2 B) 7DRC Brick masonary walls of any thicknes upto 40mm size hole with core cutting machine

7.2 C) 7DRC In wooden partitions, Glass partitions or any other partition material upto 40mm size hole

7.3) 7CCW Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in cable trench for protection of PLB Pipe /GI Pipe/DWC Pipe at low depth areas,Bridges, at Culvert crossings etc for low depth protection as per the directions of Engineer in charge. 1:2:4( (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). PLB/GI/DWC Pipes will be supplied by BSNL at stores.

8.1) JOINTING CHAMBER 8JTC Providing and fixing RCC Joint protection chamber of 1.2M outer diameter with precast RCC rings /collars and RCC top & base covers as per standard design and drawing and filling the chamber with sand as per directions of Engineer in charge with the following details. i) Chamber consists of Precast RCC ring/collar of outer diameter 1.2M, 0.4M height and wall thickness of 50mm with concrete mix of 1 : 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with necessary reinforcement as per standard approved design& drawing. ii)Base/bottm plate is of precast RCC 1.2M dia 50mm thickness with mix of 1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)with necessary reinforcement as per standard approved design&drawing. iii)Top plate consists of 2nos semi circular plates each made of precast RCC cover 1.2M dia and 50mm thickness with concrete mix of 1 : 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with necessary reinforcement as per standard approved design&drawing .

9.1) ROUTE/JOINT INDICATOR 9ORJF Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Route/Joint indicator with indicator dimensions( 0.125m*0.125m*1.05m) & fixing in position in cement concrete (0.35*0.2*0.15) ,finishing smooth, and painting and lettering etc all as directed by Engineer in charge ( Each indicator is counted for payment)

9.2) 9ORJF/2 Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Route/Joint indicator with indicator dimensions( 0.125m*0.125m*1.05m) & placing in pit, finishing smooth, and painting and lettering etc all as directed by Engineer in charge ( Each indicator is counted for payment)
