Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M 10 grade using well graded aggregates of nominal maximum size of 40mm I.S specified grading ( To achieve the specified charaterstics strength of 10N/mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by bailling / pumbing and diverting wharever necessary, placing concrete in layers, watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications. (without vibration)

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports with all cross bracing using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak ( country wood ) joits of size 75x5cm spaced at about 45cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre for vertical plane etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers(The retrived material should be taken back by the contractor) the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid for field bothies and flow measuring device.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and shuttering including strutting for retaining wall and all RCC works such as column, footing, plinth beam, etc., upto 3.29m height and all cross bracings using mild steel BG 10 sheets of size 90cm x 60cm gauge stiffeded with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak ( country wood ) joits of size 10x6.5cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and suitably supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre including cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers the payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid and the retrived materials should be taken back the contractor.

Providing and laying in position standardised Concrete Mix M20 grade in accordance with IS 456 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of .55 including admixture (plasticiser/ super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelarate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly with about (3.3cum) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670kg of sand but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centring and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra,etc., complete agregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standard ( No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials)

Providing and laying in position standardised Concrete Mix M25 grade in accordance with IS 456 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.5 including admixtures (plasticizers/super plasticizers) in recommended proportions as per IS1903 to accelarate, retard setting of concrete improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5cu.m)7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of sand, but excluding the cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centring and shuttering also including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrates finishing curing etc., and providing futures like fan clamps in the rcc floor roof/slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra charges etc,. complete complying with standard specifiction and as directed by the departmental officers the coarse and fine aggregate to be used should be comply with the requirement of IS standards( no separate payment will be made by the department by the excess usage of materials.)

Providing launching apron using new hard granite jeddy stone of not less than 300mm size and weight not less than 40kg including stacking for premeasurement the cost of new stones wedges for filling the gaps.finishing neatly, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rough stone dry packing for side revetment using new rough stones for apron and revetment including stacking the rough stone for premeasurement, cost of new stones, wedges for filling the gaps, finishing neately etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS or MS reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel rods of all sizes including binding wires and labour charges for decoiling, cutting, bending and tying the grills in position etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Gravel packing for apron and revetment of 15cm thick including the cost of gravel at site of work, mixing with water so as to form into stiff plastic balls and laying and finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing weep holes of 110mm dia PVC pipe to a required length for protection wall Abutment & wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for fixing of 90cm spherical backfill arrangements with 10 to 80mm dia size broken granite stone etc,complete to drain the backfill (4kg/cm2 of working pressure)

Lining with insitu plain cement concrete of grade M15 design mix, 20mm size HBGS stone jelly 6.00cm thick for bed and sides of the canal, as specified by the departmental officer finishing the top surface of concrete with extra cement content at 1.50kg/m2 curing etc. complete as derected by the departmental officers.

Refilling with excavated soil (Other than sand) complying with the standard specification for filling in foundation and basement etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Providing and filling with sealant material in contraction joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints @ 2.10m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specifications as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. (as per drawing of the Contraction joint enclosed) (Canal Bed and sides Slopes)

Providing and filling with sealant material in expansion joints @ Intersection of every cross masonry structure and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specifications as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. (Intersection of every cross masonry sturcture)

Providing & fixing pre-cast cylindrical porous plug of 75 mm Dia and 300 mm in depth in porous concrete in CC 1:2:4, one in alternate panel of size at 2.10m c/c in bed as well as sides in a staggered manner having size 40 x 40 x 40 cm filled with sand for 0.15m thick in the outer and 25 x 25x 25cm filled with 12mm to 40mm coarse aggregate mixed with 1/3 sand on the inner including excavation, complying with technical specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying demarcation R.C.C. pre cast posts in Cement concrete of grade M20 with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of size 20 mm of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.20 m and fixing the post 40 Cm depth below ground level, the post includes using 4 numbers of 10 mm RTS main rod to a length of 1.325 M, using 8 mm MS 9 numbers as strips with steel centering and painting the post with enamel paint to a height of 0.80m around the post etc. complete and conveying the post to the site of demarcation boundary such as tank bund and foreshore including earth work excavation for foundation in HSC and post embedded by using cement concrete M10 Grade with well graded aggregates and the nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate of 40mm as per the direction of the Engineers and complying with standard specification.

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.4 m x 0.95 m with consists of skin plate made out of 8 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm steel channel (ISMC) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 2.41 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.4 m length and providing of 63 mm dia screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threaded to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 2.06 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.00 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable

anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Dismantling the existing damaged shutter assembly conveying and stacking at section store. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Erecting the Shutter assembly by Durky post and Chain block fixing the top beam with necessary. The rate is inclusive of all materials, labour charges including Lathing, Drilling, Welding, Gas cutting, Hydraulic bend removing of M.S. rod, hire charges of Crane and also inclusive of cost of covering plate, Foundation bolts, all bolt and nuts, conveyance to this site, Loading and unloading charges, Grease packing, Lubricating oil, Operating key, Locking arrangement and checking the Shutter operation etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.
