Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4½”x 3” for the following including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification For foundation and basement

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil waste pipes of various size having ISI mark and pressure of 6 Kg/Sq.cm providing leak proof joints with PVC adhesive etc. including fixing to the walls with necessary T.W. plugs, brass screws mild steel clamps etc. and giving connection to the sanitary fittings including dismantling brick masonry /RCC works / roof slab etc. wherever necessary and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition, complying with standard specifications etc. complete (The PVC pipe should be got approved by the Departmental Officer before use on works).- 110mm dia pipe 6 Kg / Cm2 with ISI mark

Supplying and fixing PVC end cap of size 160mm dia of approved brand and quality, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c.,

Supplying and fixing of hume pipe of 45cm dia of heavy type including labour for fixing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer,i/c., with required base concrete sand cushion, collar extra complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Bituminous Macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36mm & Below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG30/ VG40 Bitumen for premixing per 10 sq.mm., including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the Bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50m with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tone vibratory / pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM / WMM surface using 2.50 kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sq.mm., for preparatory to another Bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clauses 503 of MORTH Rev-5 etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying compacting open graded Premix carpet 20mm thick with a liquid seal coat which shall consist of open graded carpet of 20mm thickness in a single course composed of suitable small sized aggregates premixed with bituminous binder (VG30) with application of liquid for seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface conforming to the specifications including cost of materials, labour charges, rentals of machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Rev-5 (mix in place method).

Supplying and erecting steel shuttering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for reinforced cement concrete works such as grade beams, column footing, plinth beam, stair case steps, pedestals bed blocks cover slab etc., using mild steel B.G. 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre, supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm diameter spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 meter height for plain surfaces such as RCC square or rectangular columns, top and bottom slabs of sunshade boxing sill slabs etc., with necessary facia etc., with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G., 10 sheets of size 90cm X 60cm stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm X 6.5 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement, one and half M.sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using machine broken 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill, fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing, etc., complete and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of wall, beam etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of steel reinforcements using MS / RTS rods for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel. Binding wire, straightening the rods, welding of rods, dia above 25mm in all floors complying with standard specifications. [The welding should conform to BIS. Wherever required at contractor’s expense.]

Supplying and fixing MS grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc., using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specification. The type design for the grills will be given by the Engineers,i/c.,

Clearing the site using JCB on hire charges around the proposed building and making approach road to the site, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Formation of open drain and earth work excavation for foundation in all soil and sub-soils and to full depth as may be required except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting the sides, bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in place shown by the departmental officers within an initial lead and lift and clearing and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats of exterior emulsion paint over one coat of exterior primer using best quality and approved colour of paint, brushes, scaffolding charges etc. complete complying with standard specification. Paint, primer and colour have to be got approved by department Engineers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer,i/c., before use on works).
