Vertical Blinds: Removing Existing and fixing New vertical blinds 100 to 150 mm wide (imported materials) as per manufactures specifications to match the existing colour and quality as per instruction of EIC.,(NIOT standard). The rate inclusive of Providing and fixing of vertical blinds M' track and powder coated aluminium channel, runner, end cap, fixing of brackets, brackets fixed with C.P. brass screws and wooden plugs, transportation, handing and fixing in position etc all complete as directed by the Engineer In-charge. The successful contractor should submit sample to NIOT which will be jointly inspected by NIOT. The colour of the vertical blinds will be decided at the time of supply by the NIOT.

Dismantling aluminium/ plywood partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering/machine scrapping and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. Two or more coats

Removing the existing damaged Gypsum false ceiling and providing and fixing new Gypsum board false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50mm square M.S tubes of 18 mm thickness as main runner at 600mm clear bothways, suspended/ supported with M.S. flats 25x4 mm from existing R.C.C. slab including providing and fixing expanded metal of size 5.25mmx1.25mm thickness welded to main runners and applying POP (calcium sulphate semi hydrate variety) to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10 mm finished smooth to line and level including necessary supports scaffolding etc. as required and also including applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the M.S. frame work and suspenders complete.Gypsum board tie up with wire in the existing wall, bottom of the gypsum board provide the necessary angel in all surrounding the existing the wall cost is included 12.50 mm thick and the rate including one coat putty,one coat primer,two coat of emulsion paint etc.all complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Post Consruction Anti Termite Treatment : Holes wiill be drilled above the skirting and chemical emulsion will be injected into the these holes.The holes will then be sealed.Treatment consist of drilling at the base and sides of the door frames/window frames and pumping of suitable soil toxicants.A general spray to all the wooden frames and wooden cupboards with a wood preservative.Apart from this suitable treatment will be carried out whereever possible and whereever required.(vulnerable areas that we deem fit for termites activity).Chemical used : Premise IMIDACLOPRID 30.5 S.C Location : Room no 402 (83 Sqm Each) , 411 (56 sqm), 403(29sqm)
