The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction, specifically in areas such as highways and airfields. The required prior work experience includes: * Experience in heavy earthmoving equipment and quality control in compaction of soils * Experience in mechanized granular pavement construction * Experience in construction of asphaltic overlays * Experience in construction of Bridge Works * Experience in construction of Bridge Works with Open Foundations The bidder must have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 521.90 Lakhs. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total estimated cost of the works. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 208.76 Lakhs, over the last five years. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature (Highway road and/or Bridge works / Airport contract) with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is also Rs. 208.76 Lakhs. The experience in similar nature of work should also include completion of minimum quantities of works such as: - Earth work: 2394 cum - WMM / WBM: 1937 cum - BM / DBM: 390 cum - BC/ SDBC/ CGPC / PCSC: 232 cum - CC / VCC / VRCC: 577 cum in any one year during the last five years. The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 521.90 Lakhs. As for the percentage of similar works completed, it is mentioned that the bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years. Additionally, if the applicant proposes to use named sub-contractors for critical components of the works, or for works contents in excess of 10 percent of the value of the whole works, they should provide information about the sub-contractor.
