Brick partition wall of 11cm thickness in CM 1:3 mix using best Second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks 9"x4⅜"x2¾" bricks having 350kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications and using hoop iron reinforcement if necessary (The hoop iron quantity to be measured and paid separately) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

UPVC Window Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Window of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Gates of required size suitable to site condition with one coat of red oxide with primer including all costs such as welding, grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 8mm thick Joint free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles of all colours in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with the same coloured cement neatly, including polishing with electric polishers to a high degree so as to make it perfectly smooth and showing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with 20mm thick Cement based Hydraulically Pressed Anti-Skid (EUROCAN) tiles (Pattern design) in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-sand] 20mm thick and pointed with same colour of cement etc., complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with Colour Designed glazed tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 6mm of approved make and quality in cement mortar 1:2 mix [one cement and two M-sand] over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly etc., complete as per standard specification..

Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by place method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labour charges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying of 80mm thick Interlocking Paver Block (TAMIN) in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bond pattern with 150mm thick quarry rubbish cushion below the uniform shape of approved non-skitting surface in the top and the rates including levelling the base, preparation of pavers as sub base, quarry rubbish cushion 150mm thick, laying out of pavement, cut the pieces to fix the edge, vibring the pavers, sweeping, transporting, loading and unloading etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC door shutters with frame using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings.
