Suppying and erecting shuittering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement for RCC roof slabbeams , column footing, plinth beam, grade beam, criical piers, sill slabs, steps, etc using suitable mild steel sheets of B. G. 10 stiffened with welded suitable mild steel angles for boardings supported by casuarina props 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc complete as directed by thr deopartmental officetrs complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Supplying and fabricating in position of MS or RTS rods for RCC work including the cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting bending tying grill and stengthening and all labour chrges including the fabeication charges etc complete.

Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump , wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction, Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type , single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps should have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260:IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for Star / Delta or ATS starting under any circumstances .The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting. The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120% of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage, in either direction of rotation. Motor should be of IE2, explosion proof compatible for VFD operation together with star-Delta /ATS starter, protection against increase in stator winding temperature (15 deg Celsius), bearing temperature, leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Discharge 100 to 200 M3/hour Insulation class shall be of “Class H” and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged or partially submerged condition.The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper, flexible, round type with required conductor size and number of cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10m of round submersible copper cable of suitable size.The non clog submersible pumpset shall be provided with suitable starter control panel having all protections as mentioned above. (upto 5 HP - DOL Starter, above 5 HP to 25 HP -Star Delta Panel and beyond 25 HP shall be ATS)

Jointing the C.I/ D.I - S/S pipes and specials with rubber gaskets (trlon joint ) lubricants, including cost of jointing materials

Lowering of D.I Pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the TWAD Officers

Refilling with excavated soil complying with standard specification in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated after the pipes and specials are laid and tested.

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Non-Return Valve DI D/F Slanted seat Swing Check Valve. Body of ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50 and disc of ductile cast iron GGG 40 or GGG 50 with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber, where both faces can be used. Electrostatic epoxy powder/liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy Powder should be approved by W 270. (EP-P) it is a resi-coat powder approved for drinking water application, applied through fusion bonding process by dipping the shot-blasted casted components heated up to 200 deg C). Face to face dimensions as per EN558-1, series 48 and flange connections as per EN 1092-2/IS 1538 and with 5 years warranty 150mm

Supply and delivery of DI D/F Gate (sluice) valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing Gate Valves (Sluice Valves) with body Bonnet of Ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, Wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM replaceable spindle nut without gland packing and with 3 O- Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of Vacuum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as per BS 5163-89/ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F4. All the valves should be with electrostatic powder coating both inside and out side with pocket less straight through body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 and with 5 years warranty

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of Tamper proof DI single chamber double orifice triple func¬tion (ventilating, admiting & ventilating during operation) air release valve with pressure rating PN 10/16 with body and cover made of Ductile Iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50, conforming to IS 1865 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder coating (EP-P) inside and for outside of colour blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., cover bolts, made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316.
