Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cemet two sand and Four aggregate ) using 20mm ISS size hard broken granite metal laid in layers not more than 15cm. thick to required thickness , including cost and conveyance of materials to work site & labour charges complete with standard specifications

Plastering with in c.m 1:4 mix using 20 mm Tk including cost of all material and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors and lsbour charges etc., Complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS staandards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Providing Granular surface base to the required surface using murram, Granular soil of size varying from 4mm to 75mm including cost of material and cost of labour for stacking, spreading and consolidating layer by layer (Each layer not exceeding 100mm) including hire charges of Roller etc, complete as per the direction of Departmental officers.

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime coat of 7 kgs/10 sqm over the WMM surface treated with primer using 7 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as Prime coat manually etc., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 kgs/10 sqm over the Prime surface treated with binder using 2.5 kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10 square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V Specifications

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t C M P with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc.,complete using C M P clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5 specifications.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00 - 9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50 -2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below metal with 45.27 kgs bituminous 60/70 and 5.03kg of plastic waste (Total 50.30kg) bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermopalstic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectiorising glass at 50gms per spm area thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level uniform and free streaks and holders

Supply and fixing of single Arrow Road Name sign boar of Size 1.60 X 1.80 mtr made out of retro reflective sheeting os wide Angle cube corner Micro Prismatic Grade conforming to Type XI standards of IRC 67-2012 & ASTM 4956-09 Fully covered over 2mm thicks aluminium and back supprot frame SS angle of 15mm X20mm X1.2mm, supproted by 30mm OD stainless steel pipe verticals post of 202 grade firmly fixed to the groundby means of properly desinged foundation with M 15 grade concrete 30cm X 30cm X 45cm complete. the backround shall be blue in colour with letter and border in white the items include earth work, Excavation ,cost of all metarials, loading , unloading ,lead, lift, transoirtation etc.,, complete 10 year pre-qualification warrenty for retro reflective sheeting from the original sheeting manufacture & a certified copy of three years outdoor weathering report from an indipendent test lab for the redelective sheeting offered shall be submitted. including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and Labour charges etc., Complete as per standard specification.
