Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface inculding strutting upto 3.29 m height with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) - beam

Providing and laying in position,Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance withIS:456-2000 using 20 mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325Kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of o.55, including admixture(Plasticiser/super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate,retard setting of concrete ,improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.Cum.) 7730 Kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(3.3 Cum.) 5156 Kg of 10-12 mm Machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 Cum.) 7670 Kg of M-sand,but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators,finishing,curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.The course and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards.( No separate payment will be made by the department for the excess usage of materials.)

Supply , fabricating and placing in position of R.T.S bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using III class ground moulded Country bricks of size 8.75"X41/4"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3,10 mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306)

Plastering with cm 1:5mix (one cement and five Fine sand) of 12mm thick, the rate including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Paving the floor with Vitrified Marbonite tiles of approved quality and colour of size 600x600x8mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3(one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officer. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by Municipal Engineer before use on work

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime, in all floors, including cost of lime and other materials such as brushes, kanjee, scafolding charges etc. Complete.

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion paint over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etccomplete and including necessary plaster of paris,putty wherever required etc, complete as per SS

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover with TW box And 5 A FT switch with continuous earth connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed Light point / fan point (For electronic Regulator)

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 mm X 100 mm X 113 mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point

Supply and run of 2 of 1.50 sq.mm (22/0.30) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper Conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20GI bearer wire for service connection mains

Supply and run of 2 X 1.5 sq.mm (22 / 0.30) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper Conductor of 1100 V grade in 25 mm dia GI pipe ( Class ' B ' ) suitably bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for mains.

Supply and fixing of 16 Amps DPIC Switch of 500 V with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW box PWD Earthing

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'-40W flourescent tube fitting with copper choke and condenser with TW round block on wall or ceiling with flourescent tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting of Tube Light

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 300 mm down rod on the existing clamp.

Supplying & fixing door shutters for Mediun Density Fiber Board of exterior grade 35 mm thick,single leaf conforming to IS:12406/1989 with 35x12 mm T.W.Lipping on all edges with necessary adhesives and CP screws complying with standard specifications. The rate is inclusive of threee coats of best quality varnish but excluding cost of furniture fittings.such as 300 mm tower bolt 2nos,200mm towerbolt I no. 300mm Aldrop 1 No. Alu handle ornamental type 2 Nos,and 1 No. Door stopper etc complete.

Painting two coats for new Iron work including one coat of priming coat and using the best quality Iron primer and best quality synthetic enamel paint etc complete complying with standard specification

Refilling with excavated sand complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement.
