Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and Eight aggregate) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, including cost of conveyance of all materials at site, labour charges for mixing the concrete and other incidental charges etc., complete complying with std. specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position TMT rod Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per std. Specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One Part of Cement and Four part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) 20mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications

Dadooing the sides of walls for 1.50m height from the flooring with glazed square tiles 15cm x 15cm x 6mm of best quality and colour and set in cement mortar 1:2mix and pointing with white cement nearly as directed over the plastered surface of 3m between finished surface including cost and conveyance of all labour and materials charges etc., complete

Floor finishing with colour ceramic tiles of size 305mmx305mmx6mm of approved quality & Colour laid in cement mortar 1:3mix 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40 kg/m2 including cost and conveyance of all labour and materials charges etc., complete

Painting two coats of old plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of Paris, putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / fan point (6Points Per Coil) (For Rooms like Bath, Toilet & Pump room etc..) (SD-26).

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.(S.D.88).
