Manufacturing supplying and fixing in position of Steel Window with openable shutter frame made out of steel sections confirming to IS 7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of 'Z' section (F7D) of size 20x20x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Mullions are made out of (F4B) 'T' section of size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T' section (T2) of size 25x22x3mm. 2 Nos of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum ratch of special type are fixed for each openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficient length are provided for each shutter 4 No of 40x40x3mm angle fold fasts of 230mm length are welded to the frames at appropriate point. M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing. All members are painted with one coat of red oxide of primer. The rate is inclusive of each of all materials, labour charges for fixing, one coat of primer, welding charges, transportation to the site of work, loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
