Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (one Cement, one and a half course aggregate and three fine aggregate) using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill, out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works where over necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., Complete as per Standard Specification.

Supplying fixing of grill including all cost of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Special Ceiling plastering 1:3 (one Cement and three sand) 10mm thick including all cost etc., complete as per standard specification.

Plastering 1:5 (one Cement and five sand) 12mm thick including all cost etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing flooring with ceramic tiles of best approved quality in cement mortar 1:3mix using 20mm thick and pointing with same coloured cement including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, Paving and pointing and proper curring etc., Complete as per S.S.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of sizes 150mm x 150mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed as per Standard Specification.

Painting 2 coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of cement paint over cement plastered wall surface ceiling and other new surface and including cleaning, preparing the surface and curing etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Supply and fixing teek wood pannelld shutter with frame ..etc., complete as per standared specification.

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5 A.F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point/Fan point (SD 22)

Supply and fixing of 4 feet 40 watts twin box type TL fitting complete set with copper choke and condenser on wall or ceiling with pvc copper wire from terminal to the fitting, (Philips TMC501/236HPF)

Supply and fixing 48" ceiling fan with 300mm down rod on the existing fan. (SD-103)

Earthing as per PWD standard without earth electrode of 2 meter 'B' class GI pipe 32mm dia complete with necessary masonry work. (SD 228)

Suppliying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 x 440 mm, white glazed earthern ware of approved quality with 'p' trap or 'S' trap confiming to IS: 2556 Part XII with sand cushion and 40mm broken brick jelly in Cement lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of Cement Two part of Sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/PVC pipe by dismantling brick masonary, RCC Roof/ Floor slab and making good. the distabed portion to origional condition without leakage etc., complete complying with Standard Specificaiton and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality aproved make white glazed eartheneware wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets,. Including cost of 15 mm diametre brass chrominim plated piller tape, 32 mm diametre C.P. Waster union 32mm dia meter PVC waste pipe with ruper plug and chain 50mm dia meter GM wheel valve 50mm dia brass nipple 50mm dia niylon connection etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with a pair of CI brackets with TWood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply, paint over a priming coat or anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with Standard Specificaiton.

FRP door sutter with FRP door frames made out of FRP sheets of 3mm thick of over all size 65mmx50mm with rebate suitably reinforced using MS Angle/Flats, cost of holdasts and solid core FRP shutter panel of 5mm thick and hollow core frames of 3m wall thickness for styles and rails etc., of sizes specified by Engineers.

Drilling of Bore wells any where in Nagapattinam Dist.. Reaming from 140/150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia above as directed by the departmental officers up to 60m depth ending below GL.

Labour for inserting 140mm dia PVC pipe with slots and with out slotting in the `drilled hole including welding the joints etc., complete and supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality.

Supply and delivery of un plasticised for 140mm dia plain PVC casing pipes with socket ends and centering guides for every 15mtr length of pipes as per is 12818/92 and as amended from time to suit deep bore well up to 80m depth (CS) for delivery at site w
