IMPORTANT NOTES : 1) Design / drawing / BOM of the complete Cable Tray system showing the layout & dimensions is to be obtained from OEM strictly keeping in view the actual ground/site requirement & the same is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer. 2) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the system is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 3) The contractor is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject item/work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirement. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & responsibility of the same shall rest with the contractor. 4) The entire work of the Cable Tray system is to be got done from the OEM or their auth Sister Concern/Channel Partners only.

Supply , installation, Commissioning and Testing of Air management system for common toilet block (gent's toilet and ladies toilet) comprising of the following items :-

(a) 1. 200 MM Axial Flow Fan - 3Nos to be fixed in UPVC duct after cutting the UPVC Pipe of 200mm Dia with complete electrical wiring passing through pvc conduit clamping on wall/suface/ceiling, system with required protection like-louvers,metal net, etc to prevent the insertion of birds, dust inside the duct. 2. 200MM Dia UPVC Duct of suitable length as per site requirement through out the toilet with necessary fixing accessories like-bends, Tee, couplers,lock nuts,saddles,pipe hooks,flexible reinforcement hoses, fixing clamp for suitable length, Air intake and outflow system height of 2 Mtr or higher side from the ground level and 4.5 Mtrs or higher side as per site requirement height above the ground level, vertical and horizontal suitable length 3. Supplying, Laying, Commissioning & testing of LT underground cable, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 4 core 10 Sqmm, including cable lugs, clamping of cable whereas the cable passes along the wall/ poles, connection/termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havells/Finolex/Gloster/polycab. Note :- Wherever the cables are to be laid/fixed on walls/ceiling/other surfaces the cost of clamping using appropriate size/type of MS clamps,nuts both etc is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

IMPROTANT NOTE FOR SER ITEM NO 16 (1) The complete works of the Air management system is to be got done from the OEM of their authorized sister concern/channel partner only. (2) Design/Drawing/BOM/ Technical specifications of the complete Air management system showing the layout including dimensions is to be obtained from OEM strictly keeping in view the actual ground requirements & the same is to be got approved from Engr-in-Charge & GE before placing final order to the OEM. (3) Any items missed out in the technical specification , but technically required for efficient working of the system is deemed to be included in the unit quote rates. (4) The contractor /Firm is required to visit the site prior to quoting of the subject items/work so as to ascertain the actual ground requirements. Any further query at a later date shall not be entertained & resposibility of the same shall rest on the contractor/firm. (5) Comparative analysis in respect of the items wherever techno-commercially equivlent w.r.t the given Cat/Part/Model ref concerned is to be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge & GE for approval. (6) The cost of cutting the existing Window/ventilator/wall for passing the UPVC Duct and electrical wiring through pvc conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces and (floors,ventilator,window,Walls, ceiling, Pavement etc) is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate of relevant items. (7) On testing if the desired Air air flow exhaust is not found according to as per desired Standards it is to be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost to the Dept after completion of work contractor should submit a detailed Report of Air flow test result from OEM and same is to be certified from Engr-in-Charge & GE. (8) Repair/ Preventive maintenance of the complete Air management system is to be got doen from the OEM /Sister Concern/Channel partner only by the contractor for the entire defect liability period i.e two years from the certificate date of competion & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quote rates. (9) If any damage to any electical/communication cables or any pipe lines or any other installations occurs during execution of the work then the same shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the concerned & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (10) Testing at an interval of 6 months of the entire Air management system is to be got done drom the OEM/Sister Concern/Channel Partner only by the contractor & report submitted accordingly to the Engr-in-Charge of the entire defect liability period & and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quote rates. (11) Purchase Voucher & Manufacturers test certificates to be submitted in original to the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , installation, Commissioning and Testing of Maintenance Free Earhting system comprising of the following :- Copper Bonded Steel Earth Rod of 3 meter length and 14.2 mm diameter. Auger a hole of diameter 3 inch and 9 feet depth in the soil, placing the Earth rods in to theaugured hole, hammering the rods to 1 feet depth, removing excavated material. Make ERICO Cat Part No:CODE615800 or techno-commercially equivalent of DEHN/ SEIMENCE complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Brief features/ specifications of CBSE Rod is as follows: (a) The outer surface must be molecularly bonded with uniform layer of 250 micron Copper, 99.9% pure electrolytic coating. (b) Nickel interface must be provided between the copper and steel to avoid the galvanic corrosion (c) Must be capable of withstanding fusing current of 20 KA @ 1 Sec. (d) Earth rod must be in compliance with IEC 62305- 2, NBC 2010 and IEEE 80. Rod should be tested as per IEC-62561-2 standard. (e) Tensile strength greater than 80000 PSI on 12 mm. (f) High resistance to corrosion. (g)Material category numbr shall be listed in UL listed , Manufacturer Make Part No and UL mark should be printed in each rod.

(j) TCLP Test shall be conducted on the material (k) material shall be inline with IEEE 80 clause 14.5.d (l) Corrosion test shall be conducted on the material under both aggressive and non aggressive conditions (m) Installation Instruction and Material DATA sheet should be printed in each package.
