Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour forcomplete removal of existing treatment from old wall surfaces, applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement :1/2 coarse sand:2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panel and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and installation of False Ceiling System having tiles ADVANTAGE E with micro look edge and 15mm thickness tiles or equivalent make, easily demountable tile, 15mm Gypsteel pre coated GI T Grid system in 600x600mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with help of nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300mm centers. Then suspending the main tee of size from the soffit with help of soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod with Leveling spring clip at 1200mm c/c. 1200mm Cross Tee is then interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the main Tees at 600mm centers in direction perpendicular to the main Tee to make a grid of 600x1200mm. Finally 600mm Cross tees are then interlocked into the pre cut slots in the 1200mm tees at 1200mm centers and in direction parallel to the main tee to make a module of 600x600mm . Cross Tees having length more than 600mm are to be supported independently. Then laying Tile Ecophon 15mm Advantage E 595x595mm tile, Option of weekly dusting, vacuum cleaning, manufactured from High density glass wool, visible surface is a batch painted glass tissue in white, back of the tile covered with glass tissue. 83% light reflectance. Tiles classified under sound absorption class A with "alpha w " value of 0.95 at minimum 200mm o.d.s. Sound absorption test results measured according to EN ISO 354 and classification according to EN ISO 11654 and the single value rating for NRC value - 0.9 according to ASTM C 423 . Tiles should have white colour " White 500 " nearest NCS colour sample S 0500 - N with . Tiles withstand a permanent ambient RH up to 95% at 300C without sagging, warping and delaminating ( ISO 4611). Thermal resistance (Lambda value - 0,035-0,04 W/mK). Certified by the Indoor Climate labeling , emission class M1 for building materials and recommended by Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association. Product Certified under GRIHA council of India for Green Ratings . Fully recyclable . The glass wool core of the tiles is tested and classified as non combustible according to EN ISO 1182 with reaction to fire classification class A2 s1 d0 according to EN 13501 - 1 - European Standard. Tiles should have a re-cycled content of more than 70% Systems are classified as fire protective covering according to NT FIRE 003. Rate to be inclusive of approved GI exposed grid system as per manufactures specifications.

M&L for Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth: for foundation, etc, or for shafts , wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc . n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out, in any type of soil.

M&L for cement concrete Type B2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass, complete all as specified.

S&F for Formwork to flat sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter,Rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete M-25 (20mm graded aggregates) foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M&L for soil Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick in floor,well ramming including watering as required, complete all as specfied.

M&L for 100mm thick broken stone or boulder,Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 100 mm thick of 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course of sub floors, sub-base, floors and paving etc., complete all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in floors and pavings finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) to stone and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate ) 40mm thick for sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified.

M & L for vetrified Light shade ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors,etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge..

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4 as in backing coat of skirting /dado, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 31 above but as in for work on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc skirting all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Colour heavy duty vetrified garden tiles 300mm x 300mm x15mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge..

Demolition for precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all specified.

Removing excavated soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thickness with hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Earth cushioning to UG cables using excavated soil riddled by using large sieve to separate the composite particles/roots etc and refilling in trenches all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub-class 'B' designation 75 for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling / cutting of existing road / path / hard standing cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) suitable for laying cable protection pipe 80 / 50 mm dia under the road / path / hard standing complete.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making good the disturbed surface of road/path/hard standing by using cement contrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 0.45 mtr wide and 0.15 mtr thick complete all as specified and directed. including demolition of old PCC and removing the debris from site complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 80 mm bore including all type fitting such as bends, elbows, tee etc fixed on / concealled in walls/to poles/laid in trenches as cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore including all type fitting such as bends, elbows, tee etc fixed on / concealled in walls/to poles/laid in trenches as cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply, layig, connecting, testing and commissioning of 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable confirming to IS : 7098-1985 with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts laid in trenches, floor, fixed to walls/drawn through pipe, duct or along the pole and incl the disturbence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed.
