Supplying and Filling in depression with cement brick jelly concrete 1:2:5 using 20mm size broken brick jelly including compaction, curing etc. complete in all floors i.e. depression for toilet in floors as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Conveying the surplus excavated earth & debris, boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at places inside DAE installation identified as Dumping yard as per requirement with a lead specified below including loading, unloading, breaking clods, levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack / Truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the Dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Lead charges for lead exceeding 1 kilometre but not exceeding 2 kilometre

Providing and constructing at all floors and lifts 115mm thick brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand and using well burnt stock bricks including providing and placing in position 2 nos of 8mm dia rods at every 4th layer, scaffolding, curing, racking out the joint on both faces etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.

First floor

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from Engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

M30 grade with 370 kg. of cement per cu.m. of concrete for all floors

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 using crushed stone sand and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment’s/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required shall also to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and fixing roofing sheet, cladding with 0.47mm thick colour coated concealled system profile corrugated/semi corrugated/plain zincalume sheets of 55mpa yield stress (AS 1397 – Zincalume AZ 150) with coating class AS/NZS 2728 (minimum 150 grams per relevant standard) having a total coating thickness of 35 micron. The sheet should be rolled over specially designed concealed fixing clip manufactured from hi-tensile Aluminium Zinc alloy Zincalumen steel based and galvanized hooks. The clip should be fastened with minimum 40micron Zinc coated / minium 25micron Zinc-Tin alloy coated. The rate is inclusive of all fixtures required for fixing the side roof, cladding on all sides, ridges etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing high strength friction grip (HSFG) bolt & nuts, washer of grade 8.8 / 10.90 size M10 of make TVS or UNBRAKO or HILTI or equivalent conforming to IS 6623. The rate inclusive of cost of materials, injectable grouting mortor, transportation, machinery, labour required complete all as required and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of HILTI make or approved equivalent HIT RE 500 with hole HILTI make injectable mortor for HIT RE 500, 330ml per catriage as per manufacturers specification and fixing in position as per manufacturers specification and drilling holes to a required depth and fixing in posion or rebar by grouting in the existing concrete surface like grade slabs, beams, columns etcat all levels and as directed by the Engineer in charge and as per manufacturer's specifications.

Providing and laying approved quality mirror polished Granite slabs for flooring & Skirting of required size & specified colour, pattern and free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, anti-skid grooves for steps, curing, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete. Note: The sample Granite slab shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

In flooring 18mm thick Granite slab fixing with 20mm thick bedding in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed stone sand.

Providing and Fixing in position Suspended false ceiling system using 600 x 600mm Mineral Fibre Reinforced Factory applied Vinyl painted "ARMSTRONG" Ceiling tiles or approved equivalent make & pattern, Tiles having 16/15mm thick, and approved surface Design and edge Profile (TEGULAR or Equivalent ) placed in a suspended Grid of size of 600x 600mm made of Hot-dipped G.I steel sections having an exposed surface capping of Pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24x32x1200mm shall be suspended at 1200mm centres along the length of ceiling with 4mm dia G.I wire with necessary level adjusters. The cross tees of size 24x27x1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main Tees at 600mm centres and thereafter in direction vertical to the longer TEEs, cross Tees of size 24x25x600mm shall be inserted to form a grid size of 600x600mm resting on the Perifery walls on wall angles of size 24mmx24mm including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers, Trap doors etc to be made as per layout Drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The main Tees to be suspended from the ceiling / Soffit with the help of metal dash fastners of 6mmx50mm, soffit clits of 25mmx35x1.60mm and 4mm dia G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kg/Sq.m. Only False Ceiling area will be Measured for the Purpose of Payment.

Providing and fixing Viterious china white under counter wash basin size 590x420mmx195mm (CNS-WHT-705 / HINDWARE / PARRYWARE) with C.I. brackets, 15mm C.P. brass pillarcock PRS CHR 031 Auto closing system of Jaquar/Parryware or approved equivalent make, 15mm x 600mm long PVC Inlet connection, 15mm stop cock, 32mm Heavy quality C.P. brass waste coupling of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and testing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and providing the CERA MEC STRIP SEAL upto 250mm width Expansion joint strip treatment for Roof slab (Horizontal face) / vertical wall face including chipping & surface preparation, applying CERA MEC SS ADHESIVE over the roof slab expansion joint to a minimum width of 50mm and aligning to the required line, overlapping of minimum 100mm of strip with suitable rubber adhesive, carefully removing of air pockets & wrinkles as per specification including providing with approved quality of polyethylene or high quality foam backer rods, including treatment admixed with CERA LATEX SBR @ 1kg per 50kg (1bag) of cement at all joints, including all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate and crushed stone sand including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 Minimum Anodic coating of grade AC 15) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z Sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required. (fittings, Glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately) NOTE : 1) The rates for aluminium is inclusive of all fasteners required for fabrication and fixing in the walls. 2) All joints shall be of mittered Joints. 3) A long M.S rod threaded at both ends to be provided in all aluminium door shutters in Top & bottom Horizontal members internally connecting Vertical members and fixed with M.S washers & nuts. 4) Only Aluminium members alone shall be measured and paid for.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on the other side, 3 layer medium density (Exterior grade) particle board Grade-I, Type - II conforming to IS:12823 bonded with phenol formaldhyde synthetic resin of approved brand and manufacture in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, window shutters and partition frames with C.P brass /stainless screws etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5mm thick clear Float glass pane in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with Neoprene gasket including cost of neoprene gasket complete as per the drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing stainless steel mesh suitable for wooden reapers in both sides including all fixtures complete all as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked Al die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts "Everite/ Hardwyn" or approved equivalent make complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing IS:12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges of size 125 x 64 x 2.5mm (heavy weight) "GARG" or equivalent approved make with suitable stainless steel screws etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 Lever Dead/Mortice Lock ‘Godrej/Everite’ or other approved equivalent make suitable for aluminium door with a pair of keys complete all as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
