Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.Hqrs Approved Rate)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete : Flashings/ Aprons.( Upto 600 mm)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section

Supply , installation, testing & commissioning of turbo ventilators size 22” in stainless steel 430 grade with approximate weight 4.85kg. The Ventilator should have air absorptin of 7 Km/Hr, 2440 CFM with blade length 369mm, wings of 80mm of outer wings -22”-24 nos, inner wings 22”-6 nos with self lubricating bearing etc. complete as per manufacturer's specifications and stainless steel base plate of 0.35mm thickness and size 1060mm x 1600mm etc as per direction of Engineer -in -charge including cutting of existing precoated sheet.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade One or more coats on old work

Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Repurchase price of dismantled materials (to be paid by or recovered from the contractor work bill) Inclusive of cost born for loading and unloading etc., by the contractor. Dismantled steel/iron flats, bolts, nuts etc.
