Porous Concrete CC 1:4 (one cement ,four hard broken granite jelly of size 20mm) for steining of infiltration well excluding cost of centering but including curing etc complete and as directed by the Department Officers

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks for steining of 45 cm thick for infiltration well including ,curing, etc., complete and as directed by Department Officers.

Providing steel centering for plain surfaces including strutting upto 3.29 metre high using MS sheets, 10 gauge thick of size 90 cm x 60 cm, stiffened with Ms angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90 cm c/c and supported by caserne props of 10 cm to 13 cm diametre spaced at 75 cm c/c and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer.

For curved surface

Supply, delivery fabrication and placing in position of RTS rods for reinforcement for binding ring, pilasters, roof slab and well curb including cost of binding wire and as directed by Department officers.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:3 Mix (one Cement, Three M- Sand ) 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete . complying with std. specifications

Plastering outside of well steining by CM 1:5 (One cement and fivesand ) 20 mm thick including curing etc.,complete and as directed by Department officers

Supply, delivery and fixing in position 50mm thick RCC manhole cover slab of size 0.60x0.60m with necessary reinforcement and MS angle of size 50mmx50mm x 12.5mm thick fixed alround the edges of the slab complete and as directed by the Department Officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing of PVC moulded CI steps in position at 30 cm center to center in zig zag manner and as directed by the Department officers.

Providing GI ventilating arrangement of size 0.10m and as directed by the Department Officers

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one coat of primer over the cement plastered exposed wall surface and side of roof slab and complete as directed by Department Officers

Plugging the bottom of the well with coarse sand of approved sizes and grade as directed by the Board officers

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steelshaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 gradecasing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessarycable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in thedischarge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pumpshould be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% &415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, FullyAutomatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter forabove 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.

Labour Charges for erection of Horizontal shaft, centrifugal pumpset (Coupled/Monoblock) in bore well/Open well including fixing of suction pipe and foot valve upto a maximum depth of 7 metres and delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressuregauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erectionof panel board consisting of TPIC switches starter,Voltmeter, Ammeter, Capacitor single phasing preventorand laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing asper IE rules including providing bed blocks etc., completeand operating the pumps and trial run for 10 daysincluding signing of completion of reports as required byEB authorities.
