Granolythic Floor finishing with Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4mix, (One Part of Cement Two Part of Sand Four Part of Aggregate ) 25mm thick using ISS 6 to 10 mm Chips including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V & VI, S25

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH

Flooring with cuddappah slab of 30 mm thick including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for laying, pointing and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications Rate for 10 Sqm

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 Using 20mm and down grade hard broken granite Stone jelly for all RCC items of works with mimimum cement contenet of 325 kg /cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 incluting admixtur (plasticier /super plasticiser ) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workabillity without imparing strength and durabillity with about (5.0cum), 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cum),5156 kg of 10- 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670kg of sand but excluting cost of reinforcedment grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but incluting laying vibrating with machine vibrating ,finishing ,curring ,etc,,and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC Floor /roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., compete complying with standard specificaton and as directed by the departmental officer -The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payments will be made by the depatment for the excess usage of materials )

Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 83mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals ,industrial complexes, road on expensive soils etc., including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 12.50 mm x 83mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over Stone dust of 100mm thick (excluding the cost of M- Sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and block cutter operator and labour for leveling the M- Sand to paver block etc., complete ISI 15658-2006.
