Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Providing Granolithic floor finish of the 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing close graded material,mixing in a machanical plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to acheive the desired density,Complete as per clause 401.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the materials with waterat OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying inuniform layers with paver sin Sub Base/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9m paver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with50.30 kgs of VG30( 60/70) bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30t on capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory/Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/9mpaver finisher, Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and Laying of well Gravel including cost and conveyence of the same to work site with an lead of 5Km including Stacking the same to Departmental gauge for Premeasurement including all labour charges for Laying, Spreading etc, Complete and directed by the Departmental Engineer for making up low berms complying with standard Specifications.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound of 2.5mm thick including refllectorising glass beads @ 250grms per sqm area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 the Finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes etc., complete as per MORT & H Specification NO.803 MAINTENANCE Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Clearing and Grubbing by Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 201. a) Upkeeping 1st year (50%)
