The bidder should have prior work experience in similar kinds of projects, satisfactorily completed in the last 7 years from the date of bid submission. For project-specific experience, the bidder should have completed works of similar nature and size. In terms of percentage, any one of the partners should meet not less than 51% of the qualification criteria for work done value and electrical experience. The bidder should also have completed similar nature of work, specifically water supply schemes, with values such as 40% of BOQ Value (Rs. 1159.20 Lakhs) for a single agreement and 60% of BOQ Value (Rs. 1738.80 Lakhs) for two agreements. The bidder should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs. 2898.00 Lakhs, equivalent to 100% of the value of the work put to tender, and have a minimum cash flow of 3 months x BOQ Value, which is Rs. 1041.00 Lakhs.
