No.IV/26/9/2017 Systems(S) Date: 13.08.2019 NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER FOR PROVIDING ‘VEHICLE ON HIRE’ E-Tenders (in prescribed format) are invited from the vehicle providers through E-procurement portal for hiring of vehicle as per the requirements mentioned below for the office of the Additional Director General of Systems, Customs & Central Excise Zone, Chennai. The contract shall be awarded for a period of seven months from the date of issue of Award of Contract. Three vehicles are required to be supplied for our office along with the drivers as per the below mentioned specifications: S.NO. MODEL/TYPE OF VEHICLE NO. OF VEHICLES REQUIRED COST OF CEILING (EXCLUDING GST) 1 Mid Size Vehicles- Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Toyota Yaris, Volkswagon Vento, Maruti Suzuki SX4, Skoda Rapid etc., to be used monthly rental basis subject to maximum limit of 2000 Kms & 25/26 days (Operational Vehicle) 3 Rs.45,000/- per month for CNG Rs.50,000/- per month for petrol/diesel 1. Non-submission or wrong submission of any of the information in the “Technical Bid” or the “Financial Bid” will render the whole Bid liable for rejection. 2. The service providers are required to submit the Quotations in two separate modes, one as “Technical Bid” and the second as “Financial Bid”. 3. The Office is using services of e-Procurement Platform of NIC for the purpose of this tender. The tenderers who wish to participate in the e-Tender will have to register themselves in the e-Procurement platform which is free and complete necessary formalities as prescribed by NIC. 4. Qualifying bid/technical bid without Earnest Money Deposit will be rejected. EMD amount will be forfeited in case the eligible bidder withdraws or the details furnished in the Annexures are found to be incorrect or false during the tender selection process. Incomplete bid documents will be rejected. 3. BidSubmission: Bids shall be submitted online only, in Two parts viz., Technical bid and Financial bid at CPPP website: Bid documents may be scanned with 100 dpi with black and white option which helps in reducing size of the scanned document. • Bidders can access Tender documents on the website, fill them with all relevant information and submit the completed Tender document in to electronic Tender on the website • Tenders and supporting documents shall be uploaded through e-procurement portal and the same must be signed before uploading.
