Supplying and placing of Ready Mix M20 Graded of Concrete confirming to IS 456/2000 for Reinforcement Cement Concrete Structural elements under controlled water cement ratio using 20mm and down graded machine broken granite stone jelly including transportation, pumping and Vibration excluding cost of centering and shuttering and reinforcement but including curing, finishing etc as directed by departmental officers

Brick work using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" X 4-3/8" X 2-3/4" in cement mortor 1:6 for foundation and basement including curing etc complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 river sand)12mm thick including curing etc. complete.

Supplying and filling with earth up to 30 Km. for foundation and basement,etc.,including watering and consolidating,etc.,complete

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping clean removal of dirt etc. complete and including necessary plaster paris putty etc. wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years..

STEEL DOOR Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS doors with single leave. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats covered with 18 gauge M.S. sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolts, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete with one coat red oxide primer.

Supplying and fixing B.R.C.weldmesh partition with best IndianT.W.frames 75x50mm at 1.0m C/C.in length wise and 60cm C/C at cross wise including fixing in position by drilling holes in theframes etc. complete. The partition shall be fixed withnecessary iron hold fasts. The size of weldmesh will be 75x25mm.(ISI STD).

Supplying and erecting in position LIGHT DUTY STEEL TRUSSES as per the drawing. The materials and design of the trusses should confirm to the relevant Indian Standard specification. The rate quoted shall include the cost of trusses. The contractor shall also arrange to provide grouting for holding down bolts embeding the end purlins, to the gable wall wherever necessary etc., The roof sheeting shall project 0.762m from the eves purlins.
