Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with Readymade polymer modified non Shrinking self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), , uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(including Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick commercial plywood for interior work to Cover/Close the lower level Opening. Work includes cutting the 12mm thick commercial plywood to required size and shape with required offset(6") all around to match the requirement of window opening available at site of all sizes to suit site conditions as per the requirement . Work also includes removing the plywood before fixing Upvc window ete: with all complete including all labour, materials, tools & plants, fixing with necessary screws & bolts, including neatly closing the holes finally, complete all as required and directed in all leads & lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing standard size template for Window size to Sill and Jam width so as to facilitate the finishing work of the sides of window with Mortar after removing the existing steel window and grill with 12 mm commercial plywood. Work includes designing a template of complete wall thickness with required Corner stifferners and handles. Work also includes removing the template after finishing the Sill & Jams with Mortar complete including all labour, material tools & plants, etc., complete all as required and directed with all leads & lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing temporary window with 12 mm commercial plywood for frame & Shutter to required size and shape to close the window opening after removing the existing steel windows and grills on same day. Shutters shall be of the size of the opening and the frame should be 4" all around fixed directly on wall with 100mm heavy duty hinges ( 04 Nos. ), 100 mm heavy duty Tower bolt ( 04 Nos. ) , 100 mm handle ( 2 nos) as per site requirements. Work includes fixing of in window shutter and also includes removing the temporary window frame and shutter after fixing Upvc window ete: with all complete tools & plants, fixing with necessary screws & bolts, and fininshing the holes finally,etc;.complete including all labour, materials, Tools & plants all as required and directed in all leads & lifts and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plastic shrinkage compensated micro concrete Fosroc renderoc RG Mixed with clean water 75% of 10mm down size aggregate (18.75Kg aggregate for 25kg powder) . An approved grout concrete mixer of slow speed heavy duty drill shell be used. water powder ratio of 0.16 shall be strictly maintained as per manufacturers recommendation . Work to be progressed continuously without any gap. Curing as per regular practice with water.complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Civil Part - Buy Back Items

Buy-Back (ie minus) Rate Payable by the contractor for taking away (Buy back) the existing Steel window with grill and glass as is where basis including dismantling and removing them without damaging the adjacent walls at their risk and cost.
