Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface including cleaning as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI.503,112. @ 2 .25 kg /10sqm

Providing and fixing of reinforced ferro-cement drain cover designed for class "AA" loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforce- ment having thickness 75mm to 150 mm, anti-corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate, rim and on M.S. lifting hooks, admixture like plastisizer bond-improving compound, shrinkage resistant compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc.1000 x 800 mm (150 mm thick)

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20 mm thick (compacted) on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course, aggregates as per Table 500-23, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm. and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant (including cost of antistripping compound, wherever required), transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller 8 - 10 tonne but excluding cost of tack and seal coat with lead for mix of material 1 km. (MoRTH Specification : Clause 511,112) with all lead. In Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, including loading of aggregates with F.E loader. a) with bitumen grade 80/100

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type "B" comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 Cum. per 10 Sqm) premix with 6.8 Kg. per 10 sqm bitumen binder (including cost of antistripping compound, wherever required) in mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH and laying and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material [MORTH Specification : Clause 513] with all lead. a) with bitumen grade 80/100

Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel bar, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), Coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholves, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD specification clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments.Cement concrete M-25 grade

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800.3, 800.4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/scm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4.

Supply & Fixing of PVC Spreed Breaker of Size 350 x 250 x 50mm in Black/Yello colour with corrugated design on it, make Road Star GP 1005/Dark Eye DA1005 or equivalent, including fixing base on road with cement, grit, sand, epoxy and with four nails at corners complete in all respect.
