(B-4.13.3) Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor five level. (B-12.3.2) Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finished: 20 mm thick

(B- 11.3.1) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

(B-9.11) Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters with frame & diagonals braces of 40 x 40 x 6mm. angle iron 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners, 25mm dia pulley 40x40x6mm angle and T-iron guide at the top and bottom respectively including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

(S- 4.6.2) Supply of strainer pipes made of ERW M.S. black pipe ISI mark of following sizes at the site of work including required size of slotting as per IS:8110-1985. 200mm-do-.

(S-4.3.2) Construction of tube-well from ground levels and upto 100 Meter depth and above to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all types of alluvium strata by percussion/ rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and packing as per IS:2800 (Part I -& II) 1979 as amended upto date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes, with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary, for arresting fine sand particles. The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly and development work, but work would be completed after obtaining sand free water).200mm-do-.

(B-2.39.6) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (IS 15778 : 2007 code) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement , trenching refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (External work). 50 mm nominal size

(S-3.44.2) Providing and Fixing Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) SWR Pipes Type B for sciland waste discharge system (IS:13592 : 1992 Marked) of approved quality /make: 110 mm dia

(S-3.8.3) Providing, Laying & Jointing R.C.C. class NP-2 Non-Pressure pipes (IS : 458mark) of approved make with collars, jointed with C.M. 1:2 or having Spigot and socket ends with flexible rubber rings joint including testing of joints etc. complete :200 mm dia internal

(E-21.5.5) SITC of Single Stage, water cooled, High Speed (2880 RPM), Horizontal, Centrifugal, Openwell Submersible pumps set pre filled with coolent water and fitted with mechanical seal - T/C Vs T/C, Thrust bearing shall be of carbon + S.S.The stator body of single phase pump shall be of SS and rest of all shall be of cast iron. All casting parts should be cathod electro deposition (CED) coated and other construction material should be confirming to IS : 14220: 2018 . The overall performance of pump shall confirm to BEE energy efficiency level of 3 star. Valid BEE certificate from OEM must be submitted for the same. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011, including making connection etc as required complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. (E-21.13.2.4) SITC of Contactor OEM Fabricated DOL/Star-Delta Starter panel with switchgear selection as per Type-2 Cordinatiom Chart and made out from 1.6 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet, enclosure comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, Illuminated ON / OFF push buttons, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps etc. suitable for following rating motors complete in all respect. (E-4.7.4) P/Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable confirming to(IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, existing pipe / open trench / Cable tray / on surface including making connection etc. as required. (E-11.2.2.3) Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity 99.6 %, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray(with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size.
