Providing Gola 75 mm x 75 mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge)including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand )as per standard design.

Copping: Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, copping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M20 grade nominal Mix 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with mechanised autoclaved flyash lime bricks conforming to (IS:12894 :2002) of class designation 100 in super structure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6.(1- cement : 6- coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality standard white grey ivory fume red brown light green light blue and other light shade glazed tiles confirming to IS 15622 of size 200mm x 300mm in walls floors steps pillars etc. laid over a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete. Excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillers.

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : new work (2 or more coat ).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of appd. Brand and manufacture to give an even shade inc. all scaffolding new work (2 MORE CAOT) over and inc. scrapping and priming coat with cement primer.

finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding new work (two or more coat applyied @1.67 lt. per 10 sqm over an including base coat of water proofing cement paint applyied @ 2.20 k.g. per 10 sqm.
