Providing and fixing T-iron frames for doors, windows and ventilators of mild steel Tee-sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10 cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as require including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing M.S. sheet single leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5 mm suitabilly diagonally bracked with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint. m.s. sheet 20 s.w.g. Add extra for double leaf shutters.

P& F rigid PVC Pipe (IS 4985 Mark) Class 2nd /(4 kg /sqcm) approved quality / Make including joining the pipe with solvant cement rubber ring and lubricant 110 mm dia. FOR RAINWATER

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: : Two or more coats on new work.

Painting exterior surface of wall with 100 % acrylic exterior in of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty,etc complete all respect . New work

Internal Finishing: Distempering with oil bound washeble distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding new work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer

PCC: Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in spcified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:3:6(1 cement:3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).M 10 grade nominal mix

Dismantling of flooring with care including stacking of serveciable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 mtr lead for: Cement concrete flooring

Polished blue kota stone slab in steps,walls, pillars having fine cachine cut edge laid on 12 mm avg. thick cement mortar and jointed with greycement to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polising complete 30 mm thick slab area 2001 to 5000 sqcm

Supply & fixing wire guage of 14 mesh *24 guage to the metal frame of rolled section by metal bidding 20*3 mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150 mm distance

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design :

Dismantling of old wooden Doors & windows with eare including stacking of serviceable material within 50 mtr lead.

PART-C (Electric Work) Based on BSR PWD

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS: 694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked (IS:9537 P- II) rigid steel conduit & it's all accessories, round tiles, 18 SWG G.l.box with earth terminal, 6 A switch, 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet, pvc bushes, check nuts, Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. Light plug point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade(IS:694) in recessed ISI marked ( IS:9537 P II) rigid steel conduit & it's all accessories, required size 18 SWG, G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch, 3/5 pin 6 A socket, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet, pvc bushes, check nuts, Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. S&F following sizes (dia.) of ISI marked (IS:9537 P-II ) rigid steel conduit of apropriate thickness related to its dia as per PWD specification for electrical Works along with accessories in recessed using saddles, clamps, fasteners, pvc bushes, check nuts, screwas etc. as required including cutting the wall and making good the same as required all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130: 2013 of 1.1 kV grade. Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss, oxygen free (10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity, insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4,, in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of IK09 recessed/surface mounting heavy duty horizontal type sheet steel of 1.6 mm thick Distribution board as per PWD specification for electrical Works ISI marked conforming to IS-13032 & 1S-8623 / conforming to IEC 61439-3. Phosphatised/ powder painted complete with suitable rating insulated copper bus bar, shorting link, neutral link, earth link, connecting wire of suitable rating and din bar, masking sheet, including making internal DB terminations with copper lugs and with detachable gland plate, including making connections, testing etc. as required.OEM shall have submit NABL/ CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab test reports before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un-armoured / Armoured aluminium cable of 1.1 KV grade as per PWD specification for electrical Works in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench with filling of excavated earth in trench, on existing cable trays or on surface etc. including making necessary connection, testing etc. as required of size and as per points (a), (b), (c), mentioned below: (a) Material: H4- Grade aluminium conductor of purity 99.6% & as per IS:1554 P-I/IS:7098 P-1 (b) conductor shall have electrolytic aluminium confirming to IS 8130, IS 3975-1999 for armouring of cables in armoured cable items, IS 5831 for sheath, IS 10810 (Part 0 to 64) for testing procedures. Appropriate OEM test certificate shall be submitted by contractor. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS:1258) 6 amp batten/angle lamp holder as per PWD specification for electrical Works, made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material, brass terminal & captive screws including making connection testing etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V isolator as per PWD. specification for electrical Works with ISI marked IS:13947.
