Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate having physical requirement as per table 400-8 and of specific sizes as per table 400-9 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening and binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering (with water browser) and rolling, making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specification : Clause 404 & 112 By Manual Means Grading- III (Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel)Using Screening Type-A (11.2mm Agg.)

PART B BITUMINOUS WORK Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion SS-1 as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 Sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI 502 & 112 (Including cleaning of road surface )

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion RS-1 as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2.0 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification Clause 503 & 112 ( Including cleaning of bituminous road surface )

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20mm thick (compacted) on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified graded crushed aggregates as per Table 500-23, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm.(60/70 grade) and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant (including cost of anti-stripping compound , wherever required), transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of tack and seal coat with all lead .[MoRTH Specification : Clause 510 & 112] In Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, including loading of aggregates with Front end loader bitumen VG 30

Providing and applying premix seal coat type "B" comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum per 10 Sqm) premix with 6.8 Kgs. Per 10 Sqm bitumen binder (Grade 60/70) (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) In mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH and laying with mechanical paver and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material ( MoRTH Specifications Clause 511)

PART C ROAD FURNITURE Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Providing and Electing typing Citizen's Information Board as per approved drawing & specifications of MORD, made of two MS Sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size 900 mm x 750 mm stiffened by angel iron 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm all around the plate and plates fixed on frame of 75 mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post 3050 mm with angle holdfasts and Horizontal member 900 mm) to be joined by 5 mm thick MS plate at 12 places (65 mm x 50 mm) duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600 mm x 600 mm x 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawing & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. All MS will be stove enameled on both side, Lettering, Figureing and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc. complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per MORD specification.

Construction of foundation/Inaugration pedstal in 35 cm thick brick masonary in CM 1:4 of size 1.40 m x1.80 m above ground level with 0.30m deep foundation in 46 cm thick brick masonry and 0.10m thick PCC 1:3:6 including providing and fixing granite stone of sizr 0.90mx0.60m with engraving letters and figures, 20mm cement plaster in CM 1:4, white washing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
