Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I.not more than 6, including compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller at OMC to achieve desired density to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery, including T&P and all lead of material from quarry (compacted thickness to be measured). Grading as per MoRTH specification : Table 400-1, 400-2 with CBR value not less than 20 ii)To achieve 95% Proctor density

Loader/paver finisher in sub base / base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406) by mechanical means with all lead

Construction of rolled cement concrete base course with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 , the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimum, aggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200 kg/cum, aggregate gradation to be as per Table 600-4 after blending, mixing in batching plant as per mix design at optimum moisture content, transporting to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve, the designed flexural strength, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel bar, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), Coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholves, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, using curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MoRD specification clause 1501 including vaccum dewatering process with all required equipments. Definition plate of 1.6mm thickness frame to steel hollow dsection of 75mm x 75mm, 2.5m long stove enamelled paint with hold fast including paint logo as per approved design and colours. The logo shall be made out of 1.6mm thick circular plate fix on 1200mm x 150mm rectangular steel base plate 1.6mm thick, the base of circular shall be plain at the junction of base plate.
