M&L complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (Ist quality), white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling false ceiling board or insulation board etc, any thickness including snap grid frame etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing & Fixing of Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Dune Tegular 24 Edge Tiles of 16mm thickness and Prelude 24mm face exposed grid. The tiles shall have sand texture visual with acoustical punchers, Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.5 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 33db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84 with Board edge in module size of 600 x 600mm. It shall be suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of up to 41%. The tile shall have certifications from GRIHA and GreenPro thereby confirming that it is an environment friendly product. SUSPENSION: The tile shall be laid on Prelude 38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour global white (matching to tile colour) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e., the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm (all sections). The deflection loading of the system shall be 15 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than L/360) with a deflection loading of 18kg/m. The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel and fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between “cross tee to cross tee” and “cross tee to main beam”. All main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull-out strength of more than 100kg. The T Sections shall be made of hot dipped galvanized steel of 90 gsm as per IS 277 (2003) and pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint with 0T bending capability. INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using suspension system (specifications above) at 1200mm maximum. The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600mm from the wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees.Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls using screws at 450mm centre to centre maximum. Installation shall be carried out as per recommended procedure. SUSPENSION SYSTEM accessories supplied by consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with hanger hole, pre-straightened hanger wire of dia – 2.5 mm of 1.80 m length having a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa and a minimum loading strength of 110 kgs. (Optionally, adjustable hook clips made of 0.7mm thick Grade 1 C55 galvanized spring steel of dimension 100 x 20mm and 4 mm aquiline wire to be used for level adjustment during installation purpose in main runners).

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist quality) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe410-W(Gde E-250) Quilaty A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick Ply wood, grade BWR type BB 12 mm thick fixed with screw to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M & L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x450x7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks having capacity exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc. all complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cleaning repairing, etc. shall be included under this item only

Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete etc any description upto mother slab, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- In-Charge.

M&L screed plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of roof to receive water proofing treatment and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc incl mixing of WPC as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to roof surface by applying with a coat of cold aplied bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm conforming to IS-33894 and laying APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/sqm) shall only be used. It shall be laid by torch application. Side over laps shall be 75mm and the end lap shall be 100mm and all over laps and joints shall be sealed by torch application. For parapets, membrane shall be taken to a height of minimum 60cm and then inserted inside the parapet groove. This shall be finished by a membrane flashing including a coat aluminuium paint over APP membrane as per manufacturer instructions. Note : The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane.

M&L brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (Ist quality) of approved tint over and including priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for surface dressing n exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exe 63 mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exe 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, (as per IS-13801 latest revision) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully surface aluminum /copper point wiring, casing capping /PVC concealed conduit for (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 1.5 sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concelled rigid non matalic PVC conduit medium grade not less then 20mm dia ISI marked with all conduit fittings/fixing accessories with modular metal flush box of thickness not less then 1.0mm thick covered with modular white sheet cover plate and frame for mounting, switches, sockets, fan regulators for one light point controlled by one switch incl making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out UG cable any size and fixed in any position and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips or wire armoured, heavy duty with PVC insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on poles of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core including all necessary clamps, nut, bolt washers complete all as specfied and directed .

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strips or wire armoured, heavy duty with PVC insulated multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on poles of size 16 Sqmm 2 core including all necessary clamps, nut, bolt washers complete all as specfied and directed .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc. or for laying of cables n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L Sand cushioning to under ground cable with screened and washed sand (non cohessive), 8 cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M & L bricks for protection cover to UG cable (using old size sub class B bricks) with width equal to length of brick, laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjecent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 50 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings, fixed to wall/ pole / laid in road crossing etc as reqd for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of MS clamp, nut bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar panel board outdoor, fabricated out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system fabricate in compartmentalized design totally enclosed, dust, weather & vermin proof duly painted and consisting with TPN copper bus bars (R,Y & B) of rating 1.5 times that controllling MCCB supported on 'F' class SMC insulators with 4 outgoing and one MCCB TPN incoming fixed in PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including danger plate etc including taking down old complete all as directed not less than (750mm x 650mm x 250mm) and leg height upto 45mm installed on procelain insulator with bus bar chamber protection class IP 42 class font opening & compartmental type with approach for cable entry an for easy maintenance duly internally wired with FRLS, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable of 1.0 sqm including Degital Amps Meter, Volt meter with LED indicators for R, Y & B and comprising of the following :- Incoming : One number MCCB 160 Amps 4 pole 36 KA 415 Volts, 70-100%, 50 Hz Outgoing : (a) MCCB 100 Amps 25 KA AC 415 Volts - 03 Nos (b) One MCCB TPN, 63 Amps 16 KA , AC 415 Volts.
